We went to aspire park to see the the lights afterwards we went to pick something up to eat to keep from having to cook when we got home because it was so late. So we picked Wendy’s we pulled up to the drive through the lady on the speaker was very short with us so we gave her our order nothing special just straight up ordered what was on the screen. We pulled up to the drive through again very short with us took our credit card my wife was very pleasant. When she brought our food she practically threw it at us in the car my wife said thank you and the girl shut the window. Why do people even allow people like this deal with the public. On the positive side the food was great

I regularly mobile order and go pick up through the drive thru. I’ve never had any issues with bad service at the menu board or window. My food has always been correct and hot as well. I’m pretty picky about having fresh fries to go with my diet Coke, never had a problem with that at this location.

When I first arrived at store no one was at the front stood there for about 5 minutes the workers started working walking towards me but was playing on her phone and not coming to the register. The fries and nuggets where ice cold. I have been trying to call to complain and no one will answer the phone. Im in food service and that’s not how you respond to your costumer. I hope the clinton Wendy’s needs to call me

Everything was fantastic! The food was as good as always, the people were very friendly and accommodating of our large group (10 kids 10 and under), and the place was very neat and clean, even the bathrooms! We got served quickly as well. What more could anyone ask for?

We went for breakfast and waited in drive through longer then expected and this is what I got. They dont know how to make a Breakfast burrito. My advice don’t get or flat out don’t go lol

Our entire meal was not even warm. The fries looked like left overs. The chicken tender and fries had to be reheated. Even the hamburger had a patty on it that was dark brown! The bun was cold to touch. This was thru the drive thru and my home is under 1/2 mile from the location and I drove straight home!

I got the new tenders and they were just warm not hot. 2 out of the 4 were not fit to eat the chicken had a hard texture. The fries are NEVER hot at this location.

Food was cold. Ordered cinnamon pull a-parts and they were cold and hard. Baked potato was cold. Chicken nuggets were extremely hard and cold. They gave me a fork for my frosty. It’s not rocket science science guys, let’s do better.

I ordered a baconator and jr cheeseburger deluxe. My baconator came with 1 patty and my deluxe was dripping with mayo and no lettuce, tomato or onion. When I went back through drive thru they had attitude. After I got new baconator it had the double meat but 1 PC of bacon and my deluxe was a joke. Look at the end of tomato and lettuce leaf. Needless to say, we won’t be back again.

This Wendy’s is in a very convenient location in Clinton, on the main highway yet just a short walk to the riverside park. Staff are friendly and food consistently good here. Love that I have healthier food options like salads and baked potatoes here. The chili is good tool
