It says it’s open at 6:30 am until midnight, but apparently 5 pm doesn’t fall into their operating hours.
I placed mobile order for dine in. Through the windows I saw them place my order into Mobile Order pick up area. Cool deal, but the dining room is closed, so obviously I can’t pick up my order inside of the door is locked!
Had to let my kids eat in the car, and didn’t have anywhere to throw away trash.
Frustrating. Disappointing. Straight up horrible experience.

This is a staple for my wife, 3 kids and I. We have a weekly/ bi-weekly tradish of getting frosty Fridays. There burgers are great and our kids devour the chicken nuggets.

Time was 12:15 am on 9/29/2025. I got a #1 Dave’s Double, fries, large Sprite. Got it to go at drive-thru after flying into Knoxville TYS. Fries were good, drink was fine. Burger had meat that was overcooked and tasted several hours old. I did not get sick after eating it, but it was not good. I rarely complain about food; this was disappointing.

on this way I am a regular at the Alcoa Highway wendy’s location and clearly I am not welcome.
this afternoon at 8PM today I went into the Wendy’s that was open and was reprimanded by the manager, A young lady. she said that she was not helping me with food because “the dining room closes at 8” I never heard this before and every time I have gone until this point was not particularly eventful, there was nobody else in line and they had no food on their screen. the manager was not interested in helping me and our conversation stopped there, I walked away and will not be going to any Wendy’s location. I walked home after work with no food and it was 8 exactly when I walked into the dining room. the sheer laziness and disrespect towards a customer who regularly comes in pays cash and keeps to himself was too much and I wanted you to know what was going on in your stores, very disheartening never again.

Drive through didn’t give me my card back then an employee tried to send their selves money from my debit card. Had to get the police to come get them to give me my card back because all the doors were locked. No one would own up so I filed a police report.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two small double stacks, a tangerine twist lemonade, and a Asiago bacon chicken sandwich combo. Our order was out in less than 2 minutes which I thought was great….NO it was out that quick because them burgers were old and sitting on expo waiting to be thrown in the trash. Overcooked, hard , crispy edges made these burgers terrible. I ate one and threw the other away because I just couldn’t eat it. We probably will not return to this location if any Wendy’s again. This location is always dropping the ball. The only good thing about my visit was the sweet girl at the window. $23 on trash!!

Why, why why would you employees at Wendy’s that finally get paid your $13/hr plus still refuse to do a good job for your salary? I paid over $30 for 2 combos and both of those combos had the driest, blackest, meat I’ve ever seen. (I won’t even go into the baby piece of romaine and sliver of smashed tomato!!) I know that meat sat in the store for hours!! Sickening!! If you are making more and I’m paying more, why can I not get fresh hot & juicy burgers as is your company motto??!! You should be ashamed to serve old food!! You are going to give someone food poisoning… which can be deadly!! I’m thoroughly disgusted at the repeated laziness and careless attitude of this Wendy’s. And the pics are of Dave’s Double, even though the dried up burger looks like the jr patties!!

Bought a Cobb salad today at this location. It had no tomatoes, no cheese, no eggs and the bacon was ripped apart on top of the Lettuce. The chicken was tiny chunks so hard and dried up it couldn’t be chewed. Worst salad I ever had.

The GM needs to be fired. Physically assaulting her workers, drinking on the job, yelling at her workers including minors in front of customers is completely unacceptable. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but this is beyond me… nobody should be treated like that. The GM has been there long enough to know better; 25 years of I’m not mistaken. I am absolutely disgusted with the way she acts. I’ve seen it multiple times. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I can’t support that kind of behavior. The workers deserve a GM that actually cares about them and is supportive not degrading. They work hard and do their jobs to the best of their ability. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.

every single time we use this Wendy’s, something is missing. doesn’t matter if we use DoorDash or go in person. last night we ordered 2 biggie bags with the burger and nuggets and we were missing both sets of nuggets. I’ve had nuggets missing multiple times before. I’ve had fries missing, sauces missing, apple slices, drinks. it can’t be that hard to make sure the order is correct.
