Literally every single time I order from there who ever makes the burgers needs to be demoted it’s ridiculous! The burgers come absolutely smashed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I mean how many times can you make a sand which and body slam it before you put it in the bag

Wayyyy too much ketchup and mustard. It made my bun soggy and nasty. Had to wait on the nuggets, so my burger was cold when I got it. Maybe all that ketchup and mustard made it cold? Either way, not what I expect from a Wendy’s. Staff wasn’t professional except the one kid with the extra long hair. He is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The guy talking at the drive thru was super confusing. We were the only customers and now I know why. Hard pass on this location in the future.

Never liked Wendy at all. I waited forever to order my daughter a milkshake and they never even took my order. Them next time I went to grab a tea and it tasted sour will not go hear again

Not happy with my $8 spicy chicken sandwich. Not worth $4. Even in this economy. I can get a chicken sandwich or burger at a “real” restaurant for the same price. And it will be 3 times better. It will be fresh. And not sitting in a warmer for 2 hours. I’m done fast food. Believe that!

Stood inside in line for over 10 minutes and was never waited on. One person that was waiting on their food in front of me. They were off to the side. I stood there and they never acknowledged I was in the restaurant. I left and drove to the drive through and told them. Didn’t order and won’t be back

This is undoubtedly the nicest Wendy’s we’ve been to in a long time. The inside was spotless, the employees were all courteous, friendly, and efficient. The good was great. We’ll add this to our list of places to stop.

I don’t really review chains, but this Wendy’s is the best one I’ve eaten at in 5-10 years. Bathroom and dining room were clean, employees were nice, food was order was correct and fresh. If we drive through this area again we’ll make sure to stop here.

On April 26, 2025, at 12:36 PM, I stopped at the drive-thru (Order Number 3059) while heading home to Virginia from the National Corvette Bash. Host Katelynn and Cashier Joshua assisted me, and the experience could not have been better. Both were exceptionally friendly and responsive, and the food was served hot and fresh.
