We eat here because it’s close to our house. We love the fresh sea salt fries. I recently ordered a grilled chicken salad from there and it was actually better than good. It’s like 9 bucks but it fed me and my gf. The staff is always friendly we never have any issues with this Wendy’s.

We stopped in on Aug. 2 on our way to Bristol. The drive thru line was long and we were hauling a trailer so we decided to go inside and order to go. It took us 43 minutes to get 2 jr burgers, a lemonade, a frosty and a kids meal. And our food was incorrect. And the staff made no effort to hurry with a line around the building and out the door. Will not stop there again.

I’m a driver and my job requires me to get on the highway right beside of this Wendy’s so there aren’t a lot of food options when I start my shift. I have been to this Wendy’s 4 out of 5 days this week and they have gotten my order wrong every single day. I’m so tired of having to spend an extra 10 minutes waiting on them to fix it or just flat out paying for things I don’t receive I don’t care if I have to get off another exit just to get food I’m done with this Wendy’s over half of the negative reviews are just them consistently getting orders wrong. super incompetent.

Order was incorrect…they must have given me someone else’s order that was behind me in the drive thru. AND the burger was undercooked and fries were not hot. I. Don’t. Eat. Pink. Burger. Good way to get e coli. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. This Wendys is usually the good one. I wont be going back there anytime soon. Paid $20 for incorrect, undercooked food.

This particular Wendy’s near the Tri-cities airport was nice. It was clean, quiet, quick service, friendly staff, and their points scanner actually worked (unlike at most other Wendy’s).

Overall it was good but we had to get burgers recooked due to being undercooked. After they were replaced we have no complaints.

In my opinion the dollar patties are never that fresh but if you get a Dave’s hot and juicy fresh , especially one of the newer ones like the rodeo/ cowboy burger It is one of the better fast food burgers that I’ve had in the area recently but at times the burger and onion rings can be done wrong and it can be unpleasant so make sure to ask for it fresh and come inside when you ask for it fresh is that greatly inconvenience the drive-thru to ask for fresh dropped food.
