Idk if they have new managers/workers, but they suck. We ordered a triple baconator combo no mayo large and a big bacon deluxe extra bacon no mayo. We got a triple big bacon deluxe with no bacon and a triple baconator with extra bacon with half-filled fries for each meal. Called the manager who said she made the sandwiches herself and knows they were right. Combative, rude, and dead wrong. Went today for the remake, had to push to get the fries remade, and dealt with more attitude from the team member. Just got home with the remake, no extra bacon and they tried to give us a medium instead of large fry which they half filled up again. Manager actually suggested to give us a small thing of bacon when we came back. Ordered an asiago chicken sandwich no tomatoes, got tomatoes on it, did not have the cheese, and the chicken was old and very dry. This place sucks. Hard. Never had a problem over the last year plus from here, but we’re never coming back.

I ordered a salad and chili. The chicken on the salad was as crunchy as a crouton (see picture – I literally thought it was a crouton). The chili was 99% liquid with only one or two beans and a chunk or so of beef. I was in a massive hurry to an appointment so made the poor choice of actually eating this food, then I ended up sick later that day. Horrible, horrible location which will give me great pause as to whether or not to EVER to go ANY Wendy’s location again. Once upon a time, you could actually get quality food at Wendy’s. No longer – definitely not here. But there’s a difference between “this isn’t fresh” and “i actually don’t feel safe eating this food.” This was the latter. You’d be better off starving or getting chips from a gas station than coming here!!!!

I visited around 9/3/25 @ 8:30 p.m. after my child’s soccer practice, and while the food was fine, the service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The attendant working the window was rude when I politely asked for a straw for the kids’ juice box. She then handed me another item carelessly, which fell back into the drive-thru, forcing me to get out of my car to retrieve it. Instead of assisting, she slammed the window shut, made comments under her breath, and walked away without confirming that I had everything I ordered.
Another employee came to the window afterward and apologized, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. This was the only place open and convenient after practice, but the level of service I received did not meet reasonable expectations for courtesy or professionalism.

i ordered, was not asked for the size of the combo but requested to swap the size for the drink and sides. cashier placed as certain size and did not wanted to make a change(i guess) deep loud sigh over intercom. paid for it to a cool fries and soggy. let’s do better

Staff was extremely rude. Wait time was extremely long while I’m getting ready to place my order someone goes out and smokes behind the dumpster in an extremely long line. It starts to smell like pot. They didn’t even remember what I ordered at the window. I had to tell them over again Overall this wind should be shut down.

The Manager Nikki or Nicki was so sweet! I placed a mobile order in the app, and I added a chocolate chip cookie; but really only chose that because the app doesn’t have oatmeal bar listed for some reason. Nicki made sure I got the bar instead of the cookie. I appreciate their kindness and thoroughness.
