Every one was nice it was just when I got my food the fries were just thrown in the bag no sleeve or container just swimming in the bag and that was just funny bc why? I went in and the manager did replace my fries but when he handed me the new order his hand was on top of my fries no glove just bare hands and dirty nails.

It took a little more time than usual, for a Wendy’s, for someone to take our (and then the next set of customers that came in) to order. The workers were busy. We couldn’t find a table/eating area that was recently cleaned. The tables just had smudges of other people’s food/no trash left behind. Took the usual time to get food out. I even saw drive-thru customers having to pull up and wait for their food. The restroom was without toilet paper and there was water in the area of the sink from a leak not visible. The door into the place opposite from the door closest to Ace even had gauze over the pushbar. I found the workers were nice. They just could use more help.

I’ll never go back to the Wendy’s it’s always something out of drinks can’t scan your app for an item more like don’t want to. I order my daughter a biggie bag BLT chicken and I got the same but just the sandwich with pickles and extra mayo and asked for honey mustard for her nuggets. 1 little piece of bacon lettuce worth less hers didn’t have handle any mayo either. They definitely could care less about the customers there just there to make a dollar.

Even for fast food, service here is laughably bad. Have come to the drive-thru twice at 10pm, both times to be told “the system is down” when I can see the employee outside smoking a cigarette on the headset. Lobby is often locked at noon so they don’t have to deal with customers inside. Ordered 2 burgers, only got one, went back to get what I paid for and the burger they gave me was the wrong item and was cold.

If you’d like to know why Wendy’s is in trouble and closing stores, just visit this place. They usually have one person working. Tells you a lot about their company environment.
The food is always cold and terrible. The wait is unreal. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Congratulations!

Just left the drive thru….. ordered a Wendy’s single, large fries and plain single, no cheese.
Asked for Ketchup and mustard.
Simple, right?
The large fries were clumped together and cold. As if they’d been sitting there since 11am.
The Plain, No cheese single was covered in cheese.
Ketchup in the bag, NO mustard.
REALLY? How hard is it to complete an order correctly when everything is clearly prompted on a computer screen?!
Will never return. Do Better Wendy’s!
And take pride in your location, management!!

I honestly do not understand how this Wendy’s is still in business. I have been going here probably twice a year for the last 5 years after work (assuming they don’t close 2 hours early like usual) hoping there will be new management, and every single time the food is freezing cold. Almost like it was cooked the day before and sat on the counter. Everything from the food to the employees is horrendous. It’s like corporate forgot this Wendy’s existed. -5/5

To the owner of this Wendy’s: Do you realize how deplorable the service is at your store? Are you aware of how your manager treats your customers? Seriously though, are you aware of this? It’s not new and it’s not a one time thing, it’s chronic. Because I have to believe that you aren’t aware and maybe you need to do some investigating. Perhaps some secret shoppers.

Garbage service and food to match. The cashier acted like she was doing the world a favor by showing up for work. I ordered a Baconator combo and got pic related: a small basic bacon cheeseburger and stale/old fries (of course they charged me for the Baconator). The service has been consistently bad here in the past, as well. I still like Wendy’s but will not return to this location.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Went for super late night dinner due to a long drive and had a horrible experience. Had to do everything through the mobile app because apparently coupons were down, got 2 pretzel baconators and they put NO BACON on them and didn’t say anything because he said he thought we were DoorDash. One burger was missing half a patty. Not only did we watch somebody climb through the drive thru window but they absolutely refused to do a refund. NO names from anyone.
