12/18/2025 @ 12pm .The service here sucks! And the white guy that made my meal today has a nasty smart mouth. The food was nasty and cold. I will not visit this trashy location again. I got the baconator and look at the half piece of bacon he put on it. And the chicken sandwich was cold, lettuce was brown.

I wish I could turn my semi around and show them this raw chicken sandwich I just got idk whats wrong but its so tough I couldn’t eat it. Also wouldn’t refund me over the phone so im basically just out a meal this is the service truckers get.

Stopped by after work too tired to cook. Ordered and was told to pull around because fries were coming out soon. Asked it the car behind me had fried and was told yes so I said I’ll wait here. He said I had to move because I was on a timer which I said I’m not on any timer. The manager came up and said if I didn’t pull around he would call the cops and I said call them. He shut and locked the window and called them. As I watch the fried loaded in my order and another order then deliver their order to the car behind me and another one and hold me hostage til the cops arrived. These other people were held hostage as well til the police arrived and said will you pull around which I did after waiting 10 minutes til the cop pulled up. Very rude manager and has earned the store one last customer and control freak because he wouldn’t let me remain there for one minute because I was on a timer which my advise is avoid this so called fast food joint. What a joke. Ha by the way when I did get my food it was cold.

Terrible experience will not be back. Employees are not friendly or polite the food is below par and the they want to charge .55 cents for packets of condiments. Greed and terrible service. I would stay away, we wish would would have gone to Taco Bell

I ordered a chicken sandwich from the Wendys, I asked them to cook it longer because it’s been raw before. This time same thing I called them to address the issue he hung up in my face. Unfortunately I’m a truck driver miles down the road and can’t turn around. Karma will take care of him but the next time I go back he’s definitely getting a piece of my mind.

Located within a Pilot travel center this Wendy’s has outside seating as well as limited indoor seating. The staff is doing a great job, even when the busses stop by with lots of customers. They are taking care of business, great job guys!

We visited this Wendy’s on a trip back from Chattanooga Tn and absolutely enjoyed the food and staff. The food was fresh and delicious. Bradley and Angela was the best employees that I ever meet at a windows. They was so down to earth funny and welcoming. Thank you guys for being you! I will never forget yall. When I come back thru traveling , I’m definitely stopping by. Yall visit them ! They are the best yall!
