We are traveling thru Fayetteville and stopped at Wendy’s it is a Sunday afternoon and they were very busy the restaurant was full and drive thru as well. I have to say the young lady working front counter handled the rush phenomenally. She was the only one running the counter and she was on point I didn’t get her name. The rest was clean and food was fresh. Also requested no salt on fries and the cook made sure to put them to the side all the workers in the back were doing well but the young lady running the front was handling her own she was polite on point with who ordered what and had a smile the whole time even though it was so busy.

Can’t wait to come back. Had an awesome experience. Mrs Ashley and another worker took my order fast and the wait wasn’t to long. They stayed positive and had an awesome attitude and the food was fresh and hot. Everything I ordered was on point and they made sure that all my sauces and other extras was in the bag. I know it was raining and they was in the drive thru but they stay positive and very friendly.

I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes before I could ever place my order and another 5 or 6 minutes to get my order. I got home and the fries were left out. The only plus is that the chili is really good. I really hope they get their act together so they don’t lose business and end up closing.

The burger was good, the fries were hot and very good until I found a hair in them. The guy on the fry station was putting his hands all over the fries, totally disgusting and unsanitary. The young lady that took our order was great. 12/18 around 12:00 PM. We saw that guy take his hands and put nuggets in the box and take fries out of the box and put them back in the fry warmer. I won’t be back.

No big deal just constructive criticism. Went thru drive thru got my biggie bag but the sauce for nuggets was left out. Nuggets good but coukd have been better with sauce. Oh well didnt need extra calories anyway.

Waited almost half an hour for 1 biggie bag, the food was cold, the fries were stale, and the service was POOR. Lady upfront was chatting it up, and another one said “I’m not taking anymore orders, they’re gonna have to order off that kiosk.” Do better Wendy’s.

The first time went went was was great! But the second time I ordered a baconator and got a junior bacon cheeseburger, my daughter jbc was supposed to be plain but was coated in mayo, tomato and lettuce. My Dr Pepper was actually a Diet Coke.

Well I know this place is new and I understand people are learning. But I ordered a baconator meal and a Asiago meal with no lettuce and no tomato and a 10 pcs chicken nugget. $31.00 I was at the counter and the tall young man asked me what I ordered so I told him. He said it was all there and good to go. So I drive 15 min home and to my surprise when we checked our order we had a plain chicken sandwich with ranch no cheese or bacon. The other sandwich was a small plain kids cheeseburger not the baconator, 2 French fries and the 10 nuggets. So we got about $12 worth of food for $31.00 and no phone number to call them to let them know they messed our order up. So sad. What’s up with customer service?
