Morning crew is excellent, never an issue. The night shift that’s another story. They never get my order right, I ask for no lettuce they throw a handful of lettuce on my burger, I ask for no ice in my drink its packed with ice. I asked for 2 wraps the other day and this is what they gave me.

Wendy’s has an amazing selection of items. The quality of the food served is very good. They have great bargains also and this is important to me. Their breakfast is great but the Wendy’s closest to me doesn’t have their dining room open during breakfast and I think that is a shame.

My orders are wrong more than they are right. The last 2 times I received my food, they either forgot an item or two or rang up and tried to charge me for a family size when I just wanted a large. Employees have always been nice when questioned on missing items and prices. I just feel its more of a hassle than anything. Other than that terrific food.

Wendy’s has officially bottomed out, sinking to a quality level that McDonald’s now eclipses. That alone is a corporate disgrace. But this location is a logistical embarrassment. Their drive-thru operation has zero urgency—it is a masterclass in sloth. Asking four cars to ‘pull forward’ isn’t efficiency; it’s a desperate, transparent lie to fudge their pathetic service times while stranding customers who dared to expect anything more than cold food and managerial cowardice. They have zero shame and zero hustle. Dave Thomas would never stand for this.

Fry person was sweeping right when we walked it he didn’t wash his hands he jump straight on fry station and started serving food,we asked them nicely to have every thing freshly cooked ,he caught and attitude the whole time,he was trying to double drop cooked food in fryiers and served for us like it was freshly cooked,then he goes puts his hand in his shirt and wipes his nose with it then continues to serve the food again,what a filthy place I think this will be my last time ever eating at wendys tables not been wiped bathrooms filthy and pee all over the seats ,while there’s more that 7 people in kitchen 2 of the girls just chilling up front please don’t come here if you care about ur health

Valerie’s robotic voice is quite annoying. But the food is fabulous the dining room is great. I can go around the wall to sit away from the front counter noise. I like it here outside of Valerie’s annoying robotic voice……oh Gawd I just zeroed in on the French Fry after taste. Oh well everything otherwise is so hot and fresh

There’s something wrong with this Wendy’s.Went there on Tuesday, 6/22 drive-thru and ordered single bacon pub burger combo. What a mistake and not worth $8. Waited a good 15-20 minutes in drive-thru. Burger was cold, old, and dry. Looked like it came out of the tray of old burgers saved for their chili meat. Fries were cold and floppy as well.
