WILDD!! every female in there was screaming, cussing and getting held back from swinging on each other! Took soo long to even order and I still had to pull off to the side just to wait 15 minutes on a single chicken wrap. This place is crazy, but it was entertaining nonetheless lol owners are not realizing how much their employees are affecting their business…

I always use the drive thru. The people working here are always so friendly and helpful. That means as much to me as good food. I ordered two singles and large fries. The food was fixed exactly as I requested. It was hot and it was perfect! This is my favorite Wendy’s in the Nashville area! They always get it right!

Stood in line (by myself noone else was in the lobby or line) for 15 minutes after one of the 5 African American ladies behind the counter told me to hold on for a minute. They proceeded to cut up and giggle while slowly making drive through orders and I eventually just left after waiting for 15 minutes

I miss the Wendy’s on Gallatin so when I swung by this location, I admit I expected to be underwhelmed. However, the food was really fresh and tasty! I got a Jr. Baconator and it was delicious. I also had a frosty, which sometimes taste like cold nothing, and it was pretty good. Cheers to the staff and management.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went here on Christmas Eve night. And should’ve followed my first mind and went elsewhere. When the young lady started to take my order she was rude and rushing. We get our food and get home. And my son’s chicken sandwich was raw. I immediately went back. And she yells from the window they’re closed. I said you’ll sold me a raw chicken sandwich. She proceeds to say what do you want us to do about it we’re closed. I’m like so you’ll aren’t gonna recook it she’s like no we’re closed. I said I guess a full refund then. She said no we only refunding for the sandwich now the meal. And when I tell you this sandwich was raw. When my son bit into it. It literally looks like they breaded chicken breast dipped it for one minute and took it out.

Do not visit this Wendy’s. A clear glove was found in the bag with my food. Called to speak to an employee that claimed she was a manager. She said it was a prank and they received pranks all the time. Offered to show pictures and she said there was no way to do that. Asked for a refund and she said that she wasn’t sure if she could provide a refund. Never will be eating here again. I would suggest that you visit another Wendy’s location and not this location. Very unprofessional!

I ordered two bacon egg cheese sandwiches and they only gave me two biscuits. Don’t ever go to this place! Plus they’re small as pennies. They look like they were frozen and rushed out the microwave.
