I love Wendy but am so disappointed at this location. Tea was spoiled, chili not filled and cold (literally just got out of the hospital not trying to get a food boune illness) potato wedges no fries which I’m ok with just would have like a heads up as I wouldn’t have ordered the chili that I like to dip them in. Missing a chicken sandwich and my frost fusion is like chocolate milk. If you were up front I would have order different and not been mad. But I have cold food and my chicken sandwich is fired in who know how old oil. Please fix this as we spent over 40 dollars for questionable food…

I tried to call, no answer. The toughest chicken sandwich I have ever had…I was so hungry I kept eating…hoping the next bite would be better, nope! The fries were excellent, service great except I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t call to let them know time/transaction number.

Nice customer service. We tried the new swirl frosty strawberry and caramel. I also tried the tangerine to lemonade. All 3 were tasty and sweet. I wish the lemonade was colder and my caramel seem to have more caramel at the bottom than swirled in it. But overall not bad.

It’s not what you expect in your food. They use the food that already has time to dry the chicken and that’s how they serve it. I don’t recommend going to eat at this location

Normally Wendy’s is quick and easy. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but it took almost twenty minutes for me to get my food and I was the third car in line. The worker was rude and clearly did not want to be there.

This is why people get sick….8/14/24? I wouldn’t have checked except the chips were stale so I decided to check…Not only do you have to ask for more than one package, literally 5 tortilla chips broken in half, per bag, but they are out of date….9/16/24! The girl at the window was very pleasant and didn’t want to charge me for the extra tortilla strips…that was the only good thing about the visit…WOW

Terrible experience. Rude workers. Working really slow, terrible attitude. Waiting for our food for like 20 minutes. Then they messed up our sauces and the girl was going to charge my wife $15 for 2 ranches. People these days don’t work hard on there job( not saying everyone does this)

I’m just so upset I got a nugget meal with no sauce no straws or napkins or spoon for frosty ?! I was the only car in line. Why is it so hard for people? And my order was wrong she couldn’t understand me on intercom I have no time to turn around and get it . This is the 3rd time it keeps happening.

Just left this went oct 30 7:42 pm check who was on the clock the lady with the short braids working the drive thru had a horrible attitude! And when I got to the window she kept talking under her breath saying ice is doing a horrible job! Discrimination at its finest it’s just disgusting to know people like this work at this job I don’t even want to eat my food knowing they have this much hatred towards us it’s just sad
