Ordered at drive through, it took 15 minutes to get our order. It was incorrect (ordered a Dave’s double with no cheese). Parked and went inside to let them know they had my order incorrect. I ordered again and stated no cheese again, they made my order incorrect again. At that time, I assume it was the “manager” came out and told me that I said nothing about no cheese. The sandwiches they made were big expensive sandwiches and if I wanted another one, I would need to pay for it! I told her I was not paying for their mistake. She was extremely rude. I told her I wanted my sandwich. She again in a rude, raised tone told me I was not getting another sandwich, if I wanted one I could pay for it.
It is sad that a customer is talked so rudely to when it was Wendy’s employee’s that made the error.
Since when is this acceptable.?? Wendys your rating is at 3.8, how low can you go?

Wendys breakfast make ya wanna flap yo mama. Ok I love my mama I’d never do that but their breakfast is always hot fresh and to peeeeerfection. Now second shift idk but when they wanna be nice and give fresh food. Awwwwwww so good

I really thought with the new opening, things would be different. But it wasn’t. No one in the restaurant and no one in line, yet it took 4 minutes (I had somewhere to be and was attentive to the time) for someone just to say, I’ll be with you in a moment. 2 minutes went by and nothing. When you have somewhere to be, that time goes very slow. So, I drove around again to simply pick up an online order through the app that was marked “Completed”. I had to bypass the speaker and go to the window and honk. Received my food (my fault for trusting it would be right) and arrived to my destination only to open my food and find fries that are supposed to be large, looked like a small order from McDonald’s with all the semi burnt endings. My sandwiches were cold enough that it didn’t even melt the cheese. The piece of lettuce and tomato look like it was made from a paper cutter. I swear, no matter how many times I go here, the service is horrible and the food is always wrong. Even with the “new opening”. AGAIN, it was MY FAULT for assuming things would be different. But Wendy’s is just a place I love going to. LOVED going to. Do better management.

My wife and I visited this Wendy’s for lunch on Thursday April 10, 2025. We had a great experience. From the first moment we walked in, were greeted from behind the counter with “We’ll be with you in just a minute”, and she was. We placed our order and it came fairly quick. We took a seat and we both were amazed how clean everything was. Our hamburgers were hot and fresh as were the French fries. The Chocolate Frosty was exactly what we were looking for and a perfect compliment to our burgers and fries.
We both highly recommend this Wendy’s restaurant location and we will definitely be returning.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, didnt get any lettuce. Went up to counter to ask for lettuce that is supposed to come with it… had to wait at least 3 min to get that after cashier asked cooks about it
Finally get to eat sandwich and theres hardly any meat, mostly hard batter. Very disappointing!! I’d gotten that sandwich ever since it started coming out until the last couple yrs and just get it once in a great while now… what happened to the meat???

This particular location always has friendly staff. We visit here maybe 10 times per year and they have yet to make a mistake on her orders.
