Horrible customer service. Was told to pull forward to wait for nuggets, waited 5 mins, whole order came out…NO nuggets. This is where it gets rough. I go inside and say “the 10 piece was still left out.” That’s when a manager came out and questioned me on what I ordered. She then implied we were lying and that somehow we actually did get the nuggets…. That were supposedly just brought to us. GET IT TOGETHER people. Something isn’t right here, so we will not be going back.

Great breakfast. Love the honey buddy chicken biscuit and strawberry lemonade. Also love the fries with cheese and bacon. The $5-$7 biggie bag is also a great deal!!!

The food and service were fine. However I told the employee at the register that there was a liquid spill on the floor, and they said they’d get it cleaned up but we were there at least 20 minutes and they never did. Someone could have slipped and fallen. As we were leaving I put napkins over it to warn people.

As help declines in fast food industry it really hurt my visit to Wendy’s, got caught in drive thru and started to leave then it sped up a minute as I gave my order The wait was on finally got to windows and was told to pull around as was about 3 other cars , a big ole bag was finally brought to me after a while and I told the young man look I’m honest that is not my order . Maybe next time

I use the app to order and pick up curbside. I stopped ordering my Quarter pounder with bacon because I wouldn’t get the bacon! Now I have to check if my double is correct because I received a single! Taking advantage of people in the drive-thru!

This locations service declines tremendously after 10pm because faithfully they break down the frosty machine and sometimes even earlier than that even tho they close at 1am so never expect a frosty after hours they will say the machine is broken. Also the food service declines after that time as well and prepare to wait 30min for your order and not all menu item be available because they start shutting down early leaving only a few items available.. Again they they close at 1am but they stop serving around 12:30am which is disappointing to customers and delivery services..This is my honest opinion, So if you have encountered any of the above issues I’m sure you would understand!

Wendy’s in Lewisburg Tn is the best!! Very friendly staff and very clean dining room! We got our food for free because they went above and beyond for us!! Highly recommended this place! Great food as well!!

Went here expecting to atleast get food that we could eat. Spent almost $50 to feed my family and EVERYTHING was terrible from the service to the food. We had to ask for straws, forks and missing food. The salad my wife received was truly laughable. So bad that we didn’t even go back through to get it fixed. Literally a handful of contents for an $8 salad. The chicken and burgers were all cold and there were weird fatty pieces in all of the chicken. I usually don’t leave bad reviews so this isn’t in my nature but it was so bad that I had to do something to keep me from going in and telling them all what I think of the place. Don’t go here!!

My husband and I stopped to eat supper and the girl at the register was rude while taking our order. While we were waiting on our food she was yelling at the other workers in the back then she got really loud with one of the workers and the other employees was trying to get her and the person she was yelling a to go outside. I believe it continued outside because another customer came in and said they heard them. Our food was good but I doubt very seriously I will ever go back there.
