We ordered a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru, we were told that he’d be right with us and 8 minutes went by and he said thank you for waiting give me a sec and it was another 2 minutes. We ordered the mobile order 15 minutes before we picked it up. We waited 45 minutes, my husband had to go inside and he said they were waiting on chicken tenders. The only thing that was warm was the chicken tender, everything else was cold. It was a waste of $28.

What happened to the salads??
The bowl of salad is half the size it used to be and still the full size price. $9 & change and i feel like i missed a meal. Went back and got a Biggie bag because i was still hungry and the fries were cold.. geeze $15 in and disappointed

Staff was incredibly rude. My order was missing an entire entree, my other burger was made wrong, sauce I ordered was not provided and staff insisted I pay extra when I asked for the sauce that was supposed to come with my order, then the worker threw the sauce across the counter when I told her I had five orders of nuggets and should’ve received five sauces included and yet I received none. Restaurant was also dirty, tables unwiped and full of crumbs and sauce.

Don’t go on a Friday night for sure. I understand when a place may be busy, but after waiting for almost 15 minutes we still didn’t get straws, sauces or napkins. The girl at the pick up window didn’t say a word even though the three cars in line had to wait as long as they did and the salad looked like trash. It’s never been that bad and I guess I won’t be going back to that location. We don’t get fast food anymore except once in a blue moon and this is exactly why.

Along with waiting a lifetime to get our food… I had gone in to use the bathroom and found the toilet paper on the floor… no paper towels… it also had what appeared to be smears of god knows what on(it near the inner part of the roll)I dont recommend this place…

Worst experience ever!!! Waited forever for food, staff was rude and one employee on her phone the whole time! Watched other people come in and get their food, when we finally got our food, it was cold and still had to wait on an order of fries, I’d give zero stars but not an option, paid almost 40$ for fast food when I could’ve had a steak, I will never visit this location again and tell everyone I know just how awful an experience it was!!!
