I went in after a long and stressful drive. Went in and got a drink and sat down to charge my phone. I WAS PLANNING on buying food but either the manager or one of the employees booted me out the lobby for simply putting my head down because it helps me think.
If anyone comes here? Don’t sit in the lobby
Get your guys act together before doing stuff like that. It’s a great way to lose customers.
Oh and the pop machine is not dispensing enough syrup in the lobby.
And the food is mediocre.

The drive-thru was pretty quick. The grilled chicken wrap wasn’t very fresh but the crispy chicken sandwich and potato were good.

There’s way too many gnats around the speaker where they take orders. I tried to order and it was actually hundreds of them so I pulled off. Definitely some health code violations going on.

This is beyond ridiculous. The pictures speak for themselves. So you have a bacon,egg,cheese biscuit with brunt bacon and a baconator sandwich with no bacon (the baconator belongs to another customer). The staff acted like it was no big deal. It took the manger 10 minutes to come out of the office and he did not apologize or try to make it right. I don’t have time for this. (Manager did give me a refund ) This is just disgusting. Are you kidding me? The food the staff the whole experience was disgusting. I’m done with this Wendy’s.

My son came late bout 915ish ordered 2 David singles and 2 chicken bacon ranch astigo and received no David singles and 3 chicken all wrong I have never eaten an astigo chicken bacon ranch with onion and ketchup and mayo and ranch wow with old fries but it was late well next time we’ll stick to location by our hm Edmondson pike thanks for your time

Very unsanitary! Please be mindful that customers can see straight through the window at the drive thru. There’s no reason I should see the person bagging food digging in his pants.

Sat at the drive through at 6:10 in the morning for 15 minutes an employee looked at me when going back in from picking up trash in the parking lot but refused to take my order. There’s three cars in the parking lot but looks like all the employees are hiding in the back refusing to do their job! Update the lady at the register was kind.

The food quality here is fresh every time I come, even today with the small problem I had. I had to keep repeating myself to the person on the speaker who clearly was distracted by his co workers speaking to him. I only wanted my burger replaced with lettuce, I did not know how complicated this would be considering this fast food chain does this often.. a woman had to come on the mic to continue to take my order. After clarifying what I wanted she assured me it was correct. I get back to work and open the box with my burger and see I was only given one piece of lettuce and the nastiest piece they probably had on hand. Also was missing my sauces and had to go back in for them. I would recommend this location only if your order is straight off the menu board and no accommodations are needed

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They consistently fail to open on time—even though their listed hours say they should be open, no one is ever at the drive-thru when I pass by around 6:30 AM. This has happened multiple times, which clearly shows a lack of reliability.
On top of that, the few times I have managed to get service here, the employees have had terrible attitudes—unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills.
If you’re looking for a quick and pleasant breakfast experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this location. It’s a waste of time and patience.
