This was easily one of the least pleasurable dining experiences I’ve… ever had. The dining area clearly hadn’t been cleaned for perhaps a couple of days, and only after accepting my payment for an asiago burger did they notify me that they were out of asiago cheese. They gave me a regular burger instead. No reimbursement.

Some of rudest female employees I’ve ever seen. Unprofessional. I ordered from here, my order was wrong, and I was missing items I was giving attitude because of the mistake on their part.

if I could give them negative stars I would. the lady who took the order was rude and had attitude and was rushing us. when we got home and got into our baconator fries mine had the little plastic piece that closes bread bags melted on top, my wife’s had some type of paper like stuff in hers.

First of all, I can say they FINALLY got my order correct. Second, ” Where’s the BACON?!” I ordered the Baconator fries, and it had about 10 pieces of bacon, most of which were teenie tiny. I also got a Jr bcb. It was so overcooked that I couldn’t chew it. With prices so high, right now, I can only afford to eat out once a week. So, unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I can’t afford to spend my money somewhere that I end up throwing my lunch away and hungry the remainder of the day because I only have 30 min for lunch and can’t take it back. UNACCEPTABLE!
I can say the chili was good, and the service was better than the rest of my food. If you live in Selma, AL steer clear of this Wendy’s. Dave would be horrified if he were alive today.

The floor of the restaurant had standing water all down one side, there were no paper towels in the bathrooms or napkins in the dining room. The drink machine was out of even the most basic drinks. The staff was rude and unhelpful and the food was badly cooked. I think we found the worst Wendy’s in America. It doesn’t deserve a single star.

First off its breakfast time and Wendy’s is out of the breakfast potatoes and serving fries instead I got the does French toast sticks meal the French toast sticks that they gave me were not cooked all the way gooey in the middle I was in the Drive-Thru turned around went back they remade my order and burnt the cinnamon toast sticks to the point where I could not eat them I am not happy with their food the people that are working is very nice the need to turn the grease down for the cinnamon toast sticks I’m assuming

We were traveling back home to Louisiana from GA and stopped by Wendy’s for our usual chilli and sandwiches, But cashier (drive thru) wasn’t friendly at all didn’t get my sandwich way I asked which was to add a tomato then didn’t get Any crackers for chilli!! WHAT a disappointment it was…. actually could tell she didn’t like her job!! Soo Sad
