I’m usually not one to hate on fast food places as I’ve worked fast food.
I’m an uber driver on occasion now.
We were waiting forever while we could see the employees literally sitting around one of them came out with food in her mouth and forgot the drinks for the order I was picking up. Took her 5 minutes just to get the drinks she forgot, mind you they’re not busy at all.

My wife stopped in here for a coffee, fry, and pop. It took them 23 minutes to fill this simple order, (I went and pumped gas and returned and still had to wait). They had to brew the coffee, but then took another 10 minutes at least to get the 3 item order together with there crew of at least 6 working, and no apologies for the wait or even acknowledgement of it. And they weren’t even busy at the time.

Everything was great until I pulled up to the window and asked for some napkins. The older Chinese woman didn’t want to give me any. She said they will be in the bag. When she passed out my drink, I asked for a couple of napkins due to me having something on my hands. She started “pull around to the double doors, I will bring your food out, we’re cooking your wedges.” She proceeded to shut the window. I didn’t move until I received the napkins. I know food cost are always monitored, but food cost went out the window for ketchup and jelly that I didn’t ask for. I asked for a maple bacon croissant but got it on a biscuit.

I never post anything bad about nearly anything, and I usually smooth over that bad parts of things but this? This was terrible, the drinks were bitter and the ones in the kitchen were almost putrid. The doors were locked for some reason before and they weren’t letting people in most of the time. Fries were old somehow even though they just made em, the nuggets tasted off, and the burger tasted less flavorful as if they didn’t put any seasoning on it, I can’t believe how horrendous this place was. And in pretty sure they spit on my burger..

I went here for lunch a few weeks ago. I ordered a Dave’s Double combo. This was a really good burger for fast food. I wasn’t sure what to expect from fast food these days but was really surprised. The meat was seasoned and had all fresh toppings. The burger was not greasy at all. The fries were really crispy. According to the bag, the fries are hot and crispy guaranteed. Well they lived up to that promise. The price of $12 was kinda high for fast food but it was good. I will go here again.

Whoever was the man with the long hair and attitude, he doesn’t need to come back. He made the wrong sandwich, so my cousin went to kindly tell them it wasn’t made right. Then they slapped in corn and corn chips in her sandwich and it had a hair in it. I went up with my cousin to get it fixed and he proceeded to give the cashier an attitude as well as give us a dirty look. He rudely showed he didn’t have the onions for it. Definitely would not come back. The entire staff has an attitude problem and the guests I’ve seen so far have been nice to them.

I’m a Wendy’s fan but my experience today was the worst of any Fast Food service I have ever experienced! From the time I entered the restaurant there was a loud beeping going. After 10 min. I asked for my drink, beeper still going on (see the video). After 20 min. I went up to ask where was my chicken BLT? Beeper still going on. As I went up the last time, ready to walk out, I saw an employee with her open cash drawer, counting out the cash, inches away from the open pans of food. There’s no way that’s supposed to be happening up there (see video). And, the beeper was still going on.
A man game and sat down and spoke loudly to employee and told her what he wanted.Ten minutes later she brought it to him. I never saw him pay for it. Yup yep, beeper on. At 4:39 I got my BLT. Beeper! When I went outside there only four cars in the window line.
When I opened my sandwich it was an overcooked spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Inedible. I don’t know who was the line supervisor there today, but he shouldn’t be a leader again.
No, I will not be eating there again.
Attached pic and video (turn sound on).

Just stopped at the drive through and was made to pull into the parking lot and make a Mobile order. Which means of course that I had to give them my info including a credit card because they don’t take PayPal. So don’t go there at night expecting regular service.

Went through the drive thru after school to get my niece a 10 piece nuggets meal. There was no one else in line, but I was asked to pull around to the front because they were “waiting on fresh fries”. After sitting out there for almost 15 minutes with 3 additional cars behind me, I went inside and was told “sorry, we’re short handed”. I get pulled around every time I visit this location no matter the amount of traffic. Maybe someone from management needs to get involved?!?

After the tragic experience at the Wendy’s on Theodore Dawes, I thought I’d give the one on US 90 a shot today (6/26/23). Bad to worse. Get to the drive thru, should’ve been a sign to me that no one was in the parking lot….I mean no one, however, can barely understand the person taking our order. It was like someone was speaking with just vowels. What I could understand was that they had no ice! No ice!? I mean there is literally half a dozen places within a mile that they could’ve sent someone to get ice. Well, I’d like a lemonade….guess what?? No lemonade. We order what was available and get the pull around for you total thing. We get our ice-less drinks and then two bags of food….without the fries that come with the meal. Finally we get the fries. Between the three orders of fries, there was the equivalent of one fries order, picture included of my order of fries pulled directly out of bag. Three meals ordered and literally two napkins.
Sad. Very sad. While certain the blame lies with the employees, I hold more blame to the franchise owner. I suppose they never check up on their restaurant or maybe they just don’t care. Two Wendy’s abysmal experiences in two weeks at two different locations….sorry Wendy, we are breaking up.
