Took 10 minutes for us to get our food in the drive through. We ordered two biggie bags, a chicken club, and a baconator burger with no mayo add mustard, pickles, onion. They claimed to be out of Dr. Pepper and all coke flavorings.
They only brought out the two biggie bags after 10 minutes and my husband had to go inside and request the other half of our food.
The baconator had mayo and no mustard, pickles, or onion and only half a strip of bacon. The meat was dry and cold.
If you’re going to try that hard to be bad at your job, just quit instead of bringing everyone else down with you.

Just spent almost 30 dollars for two burgers that are very old, beef jerky texture, soggy bread, didn’t not follow requests for the burger or even give us a receipt to get a refund. This is not the first bad experience there but I’ve had enough of poor quality service and customer service.

Went tonight (9/5/2024 around 805pm ) after football practice to grab something quick. I ordered 4 Jr Bacon biggie bags with BBQ sauce and a son of baconator. I get to the window to pay. The lady takes my card, hands it back, and then starts handing me drinks out the window. As soon as I started to ask for a cup holder, she said kinda rudely, we ran out of cup holders.” She hands me my biggie bags and says you still waiting on a sandwich. Another worker hands me the sandwich and tells me to have a good day. I ask him before he closes the window about the extra BBQ sauce I asked for. He says to me we don’t have any. I ask so none of my orders have BBQ sauce he says no. I asked him why wasn’t I told they didn’t have any sauce. He looks at the lady (young and bright skinned) and she rudely states we just ran out. I again ask why wasn’t I told and she never moves from by the coke machine to even ask if i want any other sauce or anything else. She was just plain rude.

The way that lady talked to that boy should be ashamed of herself ! This isn’t the first time she’s talked to her employees like this I have several friends who have worked there and said she did the same. Management is terrible there!

I took one bite and could immediately tell the food was cooked in old grease. It tasted like trash—and that’s exactly where it ended up. Serving food like this is unacceptable. At this point, the whole operation needs to be shut down before you serve up s case of food poisoning!

worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to, ordered 4 chicken biscuits online at 9:25, pulled through the drive thru and they told me to park in a pick up spot, so I did as I watched at least 4 or 5 cars go right through the drive thru and get their food, eventually after 15-20 mins of waiting I go inside where it seems like they have no clue what’s going on back there in the kitchen and I have to wait yet another 20 minutes until i finally get my food. never again.

The whole experience was horrible starting when I ordered they where out of potatoes. I don’t eat there fries. Ones I get to the window the cashier takes my card then tells me there frosty machine not working. Ok so the 2 things I wanted to go with my order I can’t get now so I ask for a receipt OH that’s not working either. I paid with card so if I ask for a refund it will take 3 to 5 days so I just wait for my sandwich. Get my food and I was mad so I didn’t check it cause the manager was completely unprofessional saying to the cashier “it’s not working what she want us to do.” So when I get home and check my food my chicken sandwich is made wrong. So I didn’t get anything to eat.

Normally I haven’t had any issues with this particular location, but last Friday my coworker and I stopped for lunch. Neither of our burgers were completely cooked. This is why I am giving them a 2 stars.
