Burger meat- hard. And half was warm the other half cold.
Does it even matter writing a review on this place?
When you are hungry and options are limited ….. yes it does. What’s worse than being hungry? Pissed off, 10 dollars poorer, and still hungry.
I also got a Biggie Bag, but they shorted me two of my chicken nuggets. The junior bacon cheeseburger—or whatever they call it—was the worst thing I’ve ever had. The bacon wasn’t cooked through, the meat was cold, and the bread was awful. And the lettuce—if you can even call it that—was the white part of a head, barely green.
Overall, it was fine—the fries were good, my drink was good, and the Oreo mixer shake was pretty decent. But the spoons were buried, and the no straws either. I just don’t think it’s that hard to deliver on the basics of service.
I’m updating this as of November 25, 2025. For some reason, there’s no more volume on videos or anything you share on Google Reviews — which there should be, because I tell stories. Truthful stories.
So we went to Wendy’s. I was excited to try their tendies — their Wendy’s tenders. I pulled up that day, and there was nobody in line, not a soul, even though tons of people were working.
I said, “Hi, how are you? I would like to try your Wendy’s chicken number nine.”
She said, “What size?”
“It’s a 4‑piece,” I replied.
“What would you like to drink?”
“I’d like a peach Sprite.”
“We’re out of Sprite.”
“Okay, well… let me try a lemonade.”
Now, when you ask if they have lemonade and they say yes, you expect them to follow through. But the lemonade they had was only one on the board — though from what I understand, there are multiple. They said nothing else, so I was like, “I’ll have whatever that new one is.”
We pulled around — still no cars behind us. At that point, I realized my girlfriend actually said, “I’ll take the same thing you have.” I thought she said she didn’t want anything. So we pulled to the window, and I said, “Hey, I wanted to add something to this order to make it easy.”
She goes, “Oh, I can’t take two orders. I can’t take another additional order at the window.”
I’m like, “What?”
She says, “Yeah.”
I said, “There’s no one behind me, though.” She said, “Yes, you need to go back around.” A few minutes later, I looked again — still no one behind me.
Now, mind you, when I placed the order for the chicken tenders, she said it was going to be about six to eight minutes. I said, “Sure, no problem.” So I guess they were making them fresh. But literally, it had only been maybe 20 seconds after I placed my order — so you’d assume it would be easy to just cook more.
She handed me back our card and our drink — no receipt, said nothing else — just, “Pull forward. Pull by the door.” I don’t even know what that means, but I said, “Okay.”
So we pulled by the door and waited for like 13 minutes. A young lady came out — very sweet, though I don’t think she spoke much English. I said, “Hey, we’re waiting on chicken tenders,” because for some reason five other cars got their food around us and we got nothing. She brought it back out. It was really nice of her, no problem.
weird experience. Mind you, the chicken was hot when I got home. The French fries were hot too, so that was good. But the whole experience part of it was terrible — even though the food itself was great.
However, we went to Chick‑fil‑A and got my girlfriend basically the same meal. She placed it online, and it was ready when we pulled up. Not only was it ready, they had multiple options for pulling in and picking up the order.
We pulled through their second drive‑through. The lady asked what name the order was under, and we said the name. She said, “Okay, it’s ready for you.” As we pulled around, a young man was already walking out to us with a nice smile and a clean shirt. He said, “Allison?” I said, “That’s it.” He handed us the order, I said thank you, and he said, “My pleasure.”
.As we pulled forward, they said, “Have a good night.” I said thank you, and thought — wow, that’s just some excellent service from a well‑oiled machine.
To make things worse, another employee was spraying cleaning chemicals near food, while customers were eating. That is unsafe and unsanitary.
This place needs serious improvement in customer service, honesty, and basic food safety practices. I won’t be returning.
That’s exactly why bottom of the barrel people work fast food.
