Outstanding!!! I don’t usually bother reviewing fast food restaurants because they are typically all consistently bad.
We got our food fast and our order was 100% accurate. My cheeseburger was hot and fresh. My girlfriends chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection and the veggies were fresh and crisp. This how I remember Wendy’s from back in the day. There guys are on their A game!!

ITS NOT 24 hours i drove 30 minutes to this location and nowhere does it say it’s closed from 2-245 it was late and i had a late night pregnancy craving just for a frosty I wouldn’t have drove there if I knew they would be closed during that time. Then they had people in the drive thru so I thought oh yea it’s definitely open! Ruined my night!

Sometimes I get cheese on my HAMBURGER But that’s every where. I guess that folks dont pay attention to different between HAMBURGER and CHEESE burger. But i just take back and no problem remade fresh no issues, complaining or even a stupid look!! But im nice to people. If you want good customer service ANYWHERE you catch more flies with HONey than Vinegar so Service is really up to CUSTOMER ATTITUDE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!

They don’t have anything ready for lunch, I try ordering a taco salad and they couldn’t do it because they had not started on the chilli, the guy at the fryer put on the head set with the gloves on and didn’t even change them, he serve fries that way I ask for honey mustard sens they didn’t have ketchup for the fries and wanted to charge me 50 cents for each one I would understand if you had everything ready and sanitary methods where taken care of this happened 11/3/25 between 10:40 and 10:50 am if anyone is willing to check the camaras and take care of this staff.

Place is normally good, the drive thru lady on Feb 14 gave me a drink with no ice ( didn’t tell me they were out) proceeded to pull me up to wait on my food just to walk out as soon as I put it in park and then I only got three nuggets in my food. Come on now

Customer service was rude. The fries were half empty. When I asked for catch-up I was given attude. I ordered chilli for later when I got home and opened it, it was half full. Won’t be coming back.

The food’s taste was OK. The delay was understandable due to few people on the shift.
BUT… the manager didn’t care that the tables were not clean and the floor was looking like after a war.
I totally agree customers should behave and make not such a mess. Yet, since that education was missing from the previous customers, an employee supposed to clean it like new. We talk about a place where people can dine-in therefore it should be cleaned and disinfected which was none! No napkins anywhere, you have to ask for them. Also, the receipt was so faded that even they couldn’t read my order number. But no one cared to change the cashier register’s ink cartridge. So everyone had the same issue.
Wendy’s used to be a good place to eat. This location is the opposite. If you can find something else, please go there! I beg you, for your own safety and sake.

Service was a bit slow. The person who took my order didn’t seem real thrilled to be there. Hopefully my food is ok. The order was served kind of quick and I was pleased with that.
