Very poor quality and very expensive. I went to Carline at 9:12. I waited until after 9:40 pm for them to deliver my order. Why do they make Carline if they can’t do a good job?

By far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. I went once like a month ago all the food was completely cold and said I was never going back. Stupid me needed something quick and decided to give them another chance. Bad decision the burger and fries were cold and the burger was hard like a hockey puck. And the taco salad was horrible I asked for blue cheese dressing they put old tasting blue cheese chunks on the taco salad which completely ruined it.and didn’t even give the salsa dressing. Or blue cheese dressing. But after looking they d9nt sell it anymore.and I had to ask for the chilli for the salad no cheese on the salad and lettuce was wilted. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wont be back ever the employees dont give a crap about anyrhing. And you probably need new managment. Its easy to see why this place rarely has a line.

The food was accurate and it definitely was hot and fresh. The ketchup dispensers were empty and they didn’t put any of the requested sauces in the bags. Other than that it was good old faithful.

Horrible. That explains it all. I went there last night and ordered the 2 for 7 chicken sandwich and the Daves single. Daves single perfectly find no problems, chicken sandwich. I added bacon and cheese with no tomato I did not receive my bacon and cheese. So I thought, okay, fine, I’ll give them a call, so I called them. They answered the phone. Told me that’s fine. I will have a remake and to come Pick it up tomorrow and I was like, awesome. Next thing I know I go tomorrow and receive this. The chicken is Superdry. I can’t even chew it. I couldn’t even bite it. This should not be sold to customers and for some reason I feel like it was Intentionally. Robertsdale wendys that is ridiculous and I will not be back and I will tell many people to not go there. This is really upsetting when I thought the situation would be resolved.

Everything was dirty and sticky. Countertops were gross and sticky, feet stuck to the tile and the carpet. Yes, we still ate there. The food was good and hot.

I’ve visited the Robertsdale Wendy’s multiple times over the past 9 years, and I cannot recall a bad visit. I’ve never eaten inside, so I cannot speak to that area. I can, however, atest to the taste and quality of the food. The burgers would make Mr Dave Thomas happy to ha e his name on the building, the nuggs are ALWAYS hot and fresh as are the fries. My personal favorite is the Triple Baconator, the Chili and Frosty, however, I have grown attached to the new Meal of Misfortune.

They make you wait for your food, only to hand you the coldest meal imaginable. Every time you come here the food isn’t even remotely warm. Like it’s genuinely disgusting to be served freezing food. There’s absolutely zero reason to ever come here, other than being open late. I honestly cannot remember a time they’ve give me warm food.
