After 14+ hrs on road I just wanted a quik bite…..not happening. Went inside to stretch my legs lol and it was hurry up and wait, then wait some more. Finally get mine, and we’ll it was terrible burger had so much condiments on it it was literally a soup sandwich…..fries, ( after mngr said we were waiting on those, came out greasy and old….not a hot fresh fry in the mix. Ordered a swirly frosty and got strawberry syrup in bottom of a cup of milk…..never again Wendy’s never again.

We chose to eat in this evening. Being greeted took a few minutes, they had to find the cashier. Usually we get a biggy bag, but tonight the kids wanted the Med combo for $8. The French fries ware fresh and hot, but the sandwiches were completely ridiculous. I went up to the counter and asked if the sandwiches were the right ones. I Was told that because of the floods in Texas they didn’t have lettuce. I want to post pictures of what I ordered, and what I received. TRULY DISAPPOINTED

This Wendy’s location in Foley, Alabama is a regular stop for our family and always delivers. The cheese and bacon fries are a big favorite—my 11-year-old loves them and asks for them every time we visit. They’re hot, crispy, and generously topped with melted cheese and bacon.
I’m also a big fan of Wendy’s breakfast menu here. The food is filling, tastes great, and is very affordable, especially compared to other fast-food breakfast options. It’s a great value and easy choice when we’re on the go in the morning.
One small note from our visit last night: the drive-through menu sign wasn’t lit, which made it a little harder for my daughter to see the menu. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of and an easy fix.
Overall, this Foley Wendy’s consistently provides good food, solid value, and a convenient stop for families. We’ll definitely continue coming back.

We always have a good experience going through the drive thru at Wendy’s. We eat here about twice a week. Everyone is nice and has good attitudes, but Jackie has been exceptional. She is quick to get our junior frosties each time and always has a smile on her face, no matter how busy she is. She makes a big difference when we try to decide where to go. Let’s go to Wendy’s! Maybe Jackie will be there.

Although I pulled up just as breakfast was ending, the team was very polite and welcoming. They immediately took my order and ensured it was delivered without any issue. Great service and fast delivery!

I did a mobile order 15+ minutes before arriving, and still had to wait 10 minutes on my order. There were no other cars in line. I had a chicken sandwich, no tomato add bacon. I paid an extra $1.70 for bacon, and the sandwich still had tomato and no bacon. When I called to let them know, the employee just held the phone in silence and said nothing but OK. That lets me know in other words, you don’t care. Therefor, me and my family will not be eating dinner here again. I advise anyone to check their food before leaving, especially if you pay extra for add ons.

We have been to Wendy’s all over the country and are always satisfied with our experience. Until today. Not sure what is going on with this franchise in the southern part of Alabama (Mobile and now Foley). Just doesn’t have the same customer service, cleanliness, and hot fresh food as in years past. This particular visit consisted of the drink machine having no ice, 3/4 of the drink selection being out, and an unknown greasy substance all over the floors. And chairs. And tables! We tried wiping off a table, with several visible dirty napkins, but the grease still existed! Just a little too much to overlook. Thankfully the food was still delicious so we just ate on the road. Hopefully this was just a bad day and they can right the ship. Stay strong.
