Drive thru about 8pm. A single with cheese combo was over $10. At pickup window they could not find order. Out of Coca Cola, fries cold. Did not enjoy meal at all. Not rude but not friendly either. Will not go back!

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. Do not come here if you don’t have an hour to kill sitting still in this drive-thru. Employees are NOT apologetic and certainly not friendly so basic customer service skills are NOT enforced – big surprise. Received food after 45 minutes when a person sitting in front of me didn’t receive theirs. Instead of asking the other person to move around to the front to wait on their food, they did nothing so was forced to sit another 15 minutes waiting on them to receive theirs. Clearly this place is horribly managed but it’ll never matter since every other food establishment in this town is exactly the same way. Food naturally was cold and gross so just a lesson learned to never return.

This place is horrible. I walked in a couple minutes past 11am. Not one employee acknowledged my family of 4. We stood at the register to order without anyone paying attention to us. The place was empty aside from two other orders waiting for their food. Two cars in the drive through. The manager was rude and appeared to hate her job. This was not a staffing issue- there were multiple employees. We walked out without food.

They had way more employees than needed as most of them were standing around taking or walking around not doing anything. We stood at the counter several minutes. None of the employees even acknowledge that we were there. So we left and went to McDonalds where the employees were very friendly. McDonalds is about one mile south of Wendy’s on the left.
