Parking lot was absolutely empty. Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 min with zero response, then the employee that finally came over the intercom had a very poor attitude, we pulled up to the window, waited another 5 min to pay and get our drinks, then had to pull forward to sit and wait another 10 min for chicken nuggets and French fries. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. Take your money somewhere else.

There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive through and it took a while just to order. Then I had to sit and wait at the speaker to order. I ordered 2 meals and she assumed I was done and gave me my total. I asked to add 2 frostys, which she didn’t seem happy about. I got our drinks and frostys, then she said we had to pull up to wait for fries…at a fast food restaurant. 3 cars from behind me got their orders and left. When we finally got our meals and ate them, the burgers were cold and the fries and nuggets were semi warm. Not fast and not hot. Will not return.

Food was luke warm at best. 8 of 32 drink options working, No tea etc. No ketchup, no salt, pepper nothing other than a few straws and some napkins. I ordered breakfast online at 8:30, for my coworkers, and was told it’d be ready at 9. I got there at 9, it was not ready yet… it was not busy inside or in the drive thru so why did it take this long. There were employees there.. I waited 30 minutes to receive my order. very frustrating.

Drive through doesn’t acknowledge you and let you know it will be a minute. Slowest experience ever.
Go inside to be greeted by the most unhappy looking staff ever and are also moving glacially slow. Not worth your time and money as they will, no doubt, get your order wrong.

Slow workers. Ordered on the app for drive thru pickup, ended up having to inside. Ordered tenders a baked potato and a reward frosty. Got my tenders out of baked potato and didn’t get the frosty. Such a waste. Do not recommend

The drive through wait for Wednesday night 7:45PM was ridiculous. With one person in front of me at the drive through, I waited 15 minutes and another 10 after I reached the microphone and gave her my order. She asked me to wait again when I got to pay window. Twenty eight minutes total time. RIDICULOUS!!!

I came here the other morning got some breakfast. I seen they opened up at 6:30. I was in the DT by 6:32… nobody answered when I pulled up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened I went around the building and back through the DT. Still no answer. Pulled up to the window! Michelle stated they weren’t ready that’s why she didn’t answer me……. That’s all fine and dandy I wouldn’t have been angry if they said something instead she let me sit there. Then got mad and started slamming the window. I will NEVER come back here. Customer service SUCKS!!!!!

Lady at the window was being super unreasonable about my door dash, i went thru the drive thru with no one there so i went to the window and then the lady kept telling me to go back to the drive thru to “tell her the dash name” when i was already showing her the name and order thru the window, she shut the window in my face and a couple minutes later after being ignored for several minutes had me pull up just so she could get the other cars in line, meanwhile i’m waiting for her to get my order just for them to not even give it to me till i asked my door dash customer to call and tell them i’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes
