Passing through town we stopped here expecting a fairly quick meal. We waited in a line forever, only to find out everyone else had already ordered and was waiting for their food. Several DoorDash Orders popped up as ready while at least 7 people waited for their food.
When we ordered we had to correct our order several times for quantity and size issues. These issues occurred because the person taking our order was super concerned with everyone else’s job rather than his own.
We waited several minutes for our food. We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo, a Dave’s Double Combo, and a Big Bacon Classic. Our order was made correctly and served hot. It had a freshly made taste and was seasoned nicely.
The dining rooms were nondescript and bland, the bathroom needed to be cleaned, and the condiment/lid stations needed restocking.
They have exactly one soda/drink machine and we had to wait in a sig ificant line to get our beverages. I am not a fan of the freestyle machines in general but this did have a less “chemical” and watered down taste.
It’s been a while since I have been to this location and the experience did not leave me wanting to go back.

Stopped late last night at 9:20 PM to purchase a $5 Biggie Bag and an Original Chicken Sandwich. I ordered my food to go. The adventure started even before I ordered. There was standing water at the front counter. It ran from the Self Serve Coke Machine to exit from Kitchen. The gentleman in front of me had ordered and I couldn’t help but notice that the young lady that waited on him seemed to be more interested in her Cell phone and texting than providing prompt customer service to this customer. He ordered a Strawberry Lemonade as one of his drinks and was specific in his order. She placed his order on counter and placed his drinks in a carrier. He asked and reiterated he order a Strawberry Lemonade. The lady responded to him saying there was no more Strawberry Lemonade currently available at this late hour. Meantime, she never looked directly at the machine which was located directly behind her at anytime after taking his order. Then there was the young man cleaning the French Fries area. He had emptied the French Fries into a clear container and set them aside on adjacent countertop. He was wiping that area down with soap and water and drying this food area with paper towels. He went about his business like it was normal. I proceeded to place my order with Valencia. A $5 Biggie Bag with a Double Stack and an Upgrade to a Medium French Fries and an Original Chicken Sandwich. Valencia proceeded with my order but not before taking her cellphone and continuing to pay close attention to her posts. I watched her place French Fries in a basket fryer and waited until timer went off. Meanwhile she never set her phone down. Once my Fries were ready, she shook the basket a couple of times and proceeded to dump my order into the Container of Fries (have no idea they had been cooked before), gave them a hefty dump of salt and tossed them between the fresh and cold fries and started putting fries in the fries box. Also in the Biggie Bag I had 4 chicken nuggets that I had requested Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce. I forgot to mention that there were no “Wet Floor” signs anywhere in the vicinity of the front counter. The Manager came up front as I was leaving and I inquired where all the water was coming from and she replied that their Coke Soda Dispenser had stopped working and they had Reps trying to fix it. I then left the establishment. I live 3.5 miles from this Wendy’s. By the time I got home, my food was disgusting. My French Fries were cold and had become almost soggy. My Double Stack was smashed! My Chicken Sandwich was barely warm. Also didnt have lettuce (but they had signs at counter saying they had no lettuce) and a scantly slice of tomato. I had to reheat both Sandwiches to enjoy my food. I also had no Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce. That whole encounter was Disgusting. Valencia was more concerned about her cellphone than providing customer service! The Manager should have had her employees mopping up the water before somebody possibly got injured. She should have also had a “Wet Floor” sign up for Safety purposes and reasons. That’s ridiculous! I won’t hear anything back on this post but it needs to be seriously addressed.

GENERAL MANAGER HUNG UP IN MY FACE SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I CALLED IN ABOUT CINNABON MISSING FROM ORDER EARLIER IN THE DAY.
SHE ASKED WHY DIDN’T WE CALL IN EARLIER AND I TOLD HER WE WERE JUST CAUGHT UP WITH FAMILY BEING IN TOWN AND NOT TAKING THE TIME TO COME BACK.
She instantly got upset and hung up in my face. I call back thinking we simply got disconnected. She answered and asked if I had my receipt. I do. She told me I should have called in earlier and there is nothing she could do.
I tell her about how much my order was and the amount of money we spent.
Clearly this isn’t about abusing the customer service but simply receiving what my money was spent on. She hung up in my face again. She refuses to answer the phone after many attempts of trying to call.
I will be calling corporate office in the morning because the District Manager in the Prattville location is a complete disservice to the public and the Wendy’s franchise. They need to have someone in the position to run this place. There has never been a time that I have been able to come to this location and actually receive everything at once. They have nothing on the Wetumpka location. Customer Satisfaction every time with a smile on their face. The accuracy is remarkable there. This location needs to be shut down and I will never spend another penny in this location. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, and a COMPLETE 0 STAR FOR THEIR GENERAL MANAGER. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PROTOCOLS? CUSTOMER SERVICE? This is completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU PLAN TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU WORK HARD TO PAY FOR!

The person working the drive thru over charged me. I ordered the $6 bag deal. When the total was over $7 I asked how that was possible and she had no answer. So I paid and got my food but no receipt so I had to call her back to get one. Then it was obvious. She upgraded the combo size. Which I did not order.

Okay so let me give this a very detailed *TRUTHFUL* review
First of all I know what I am talking about because I work in fast food so this isn’t some Karen just leaving a bad review, the line was long okay that’s understandable not mad about that because it was after church hours. But the lady at the counter who was wearing a totally different foundation color and a ratty wig that was all over her face was not brushed out or maintained, that’s one way a customer (me) will look at the store and be like that’s nasty. They also had to give three refunds within 10 minutes.
Second of all that lady doing register “with the ratty wig”was crossing her arms, rolling her eyes, and giving a meanish grin that basically was saying ( God just hurry up and order). So she was very rude and when she was told to go clean the lobby she ignored customers who were trying to order and was laughing and giggling rudely walking back. She also has long nasty fingernails that was getting in the ice . Obviously not self maintained for public.
All praise to Ms. J that’s what all call her incase she doesn’t want her name out there she was very patient very apologetic, and very kind to us. And the boys who had came and emptied the trash cans were very nice
Then there’s your lobby and your womens bathroom that looks terrible all three of the trash cans looked like that and to be fair multiply other customers were complaining and none of the tables were clean. Will be calling corporate tomorrow.

We got served alcohol in our drinks and will not be coming back ever again. Either your employees are drinking on there shift and gave us there drink by accident or somebody thought it would be cute to put so much alcohol in our drink that it takes your breath away.

This Wendy’s location has an exceptionally friendly, polite, and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond by warming up our chocolate chip cookies, even though they didn’t have to. We also enjoyed the clean dining area and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Great dining experience!

Horrible! Another customer warned me as I walked in the wait was long. No one was inside but me. They couldn’t take my order at the front so they went to the back register to put it in. I waited 20 min. While waiting, I saw one employee screaming, walking around doing nothing, talk terribly about another employee that was working to another customer that walked in, scratch his head constantly then bag food with that same hand and touched the fries as he bagged them. He also bragged that he just hangs up on people when they call about their order being wrong. After watching all of his nonsense for 20 minutes and still not having my food, I asked for a refund which I did receive no questions asked. When the lady that took my order saw me getting a refund she asked people in the back why I didn’t have my food already. Apparently they “lost” the order. I don’t see how this place is still open considering all the reviews experiences similar to mine.

We will never return to this Wendy’s. We originally stopped at Whataburger next door. It was so busy, we decided to cross the parking lot to Wendy’s. There were no cars in the parking lot around 1:00PM, so that should have been a red flag. When we entered, all the windows at the entrance were filthy. This should have been another red flag, but we persisted. I don’t know if I’ve ever been in a fast food place that was so dirty. There were only 3 customers besides my husband and me, so they weren’t busy. There were chicken nuggets on the floor in multiple places. Every table but a very few were dirty. We had to look for a somewhat clean table in the empty eating area. All the windows were filthy. Luckily, my Cajun chicken sandwich was good. The fries were not crispy and just “warm”. I have no real complaints about the food, but it needed a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom.
