I ordered a grilled chicken Parmesan Caesar salad. I received JUST lettuce in a Wendy clear box. No chicken no Parmesan. It was $8.29 for lettuce. Please see picture below of lettuce and receipt of what I paid for.

Wendy’s chili is always good, especially on a cold, blustery January day in North Alabama . The best part of this visit was the incredibly friendly and helpful young man at the drive-thru with the best smile! Wish I had gotten his name so I could give his manager a call, but I’ll be watching for him on my next visit so that I can!

We ordered Dave’s Triple meal and a cheese burger meal, simple
Sweet tea for her, Dr. Pepper for me.
That’s not what we got. Now I did get my triple sandwich and that was all fine and dandy and the fries were excellent packed full. But she ordered a cheeseburger, she got a fried chicken sandwich. I got a sweet tea instead of a Dr Pepper. The atmosphere is a one star because we sat in the car and ate. The Marquee was lit up with inside open, at 6.30pm but doors were locked.

So I went today and ordered a burger and added crispy Cajun onions to it. I opened my burger, looked on both sides of the bun and didn’t see any, so I took it back in and just asked for some. The lady remembered my order, bring it was just two minutes before, and she (rightfully, I might add) said she put them on there. I lifted the tomato like I should have done in the first place, and they were there. But instead of being like some places and letting it go at that or just saying “well I put them there” she threw me some more on there and smiled. I wish I’d looked at her name tag but they were very nice about it. To the lady, my bad!!! They were also very quick and efficient and this is the first time in I don’t even know how long that my entire order was correct at a fast food place AND looked good. Wendy’s here has come a long way.

I have attempted to eat at this Wendy’s three times now. Once they were only accepting cash. Once they were only accepting door dash orders. When they actually serve you, they’re rude. They close early. I love Wendy’s, but this location needs help bad.
