I ordered from Wendy’s 12/22/2025 the Dave’s Single Combo . After I paid I was pulled up I guess to save the drive thru time . Which confuses me on the rush that they had to make my order I was the only person in the drive thru . I had MOLD on bread !!!!!!

The manager acknowledged us when we walked in, saying he’d be right with us. After waiting five minutes, an employee told us to use the kiosk instead of helping us directly. We decided to leave. It felt like dine-in customers weren’t a priority compared to drive-thru orders or overall service quality.

Good hot food, order was correct big plus, but very long wait time. Make sure you got plenty of time on your hands. Oh and frosty machine down of course. I just wanted a frosty so bad. The pineapple mango lemonade is delicious.
Man oh man you gotta try there chocolate chip cookie they are awesome.
They also have a strawberry frosty now to.

Fast friendly service, restaurants been remodeled and the food is delicious as always.

Staff was kind. They took my order no problem. The wait was insanely long for only 6 cars ahead of me. I’m assuming they are understaffed. Someone needs to come in and help. We waited a long time. Then got home to realize the food was wrong. Asked for a burger with no cheese and got cheese. Ordered a chili and didn’t get a spoon to eat it with. I don’t blame the night staff I blame management for having them understaffed or under trained or over worked. These are simple mistakes but waiting forever in a drive thru then getting back to a hotel to find out I have nothing you can eat is tough.

They are now charging at this location for extra sauce… Down south parkway the just throw 2 sauces in already so you don’t have to ask…. then the new manager rushes you to take your food after you just sat in line for 20 min. This location just keep getting worse…smh… yall suck
