Stopped by here today and ordered Dave’s Single with Cheese Combo and the burger was overcooked, tough and frankly it was flavorless, I even added salt and pepper but it didn’t help. The fries were good and the employees were friendly and professional. Some of the tables needed cleaning as well, I also bought a large chili to go for later as I’ve always liked it and that would be the only reason I would go back, well maybe for a Chocolate Frosty too.

I really like this Wendy’s a whole lot, their food is usually fresh, the employees are usually kind and understanding , the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their frosty fusion and brownie batter. This is the only location that I have been to that doesn’t give you the proper amount of Oreos, or chocolate syrup in it, and worst of all, they don’t mix it together at all which, I believe is so they don’t have to give you near enough oreo. All the oreo that they add is half of a scoop and normally they add at least 1 and a half scoops at all of the other locations I have been to, which is from Madison Alabama, down to Birmingham, north to the whole Northeast area to the Georgia state line.

Worse food possible. Ordered through door dash and we received our food it was cold not even warm and we were less than 10 mins away. Chili that I ordered was bean water with four bits of meat. Very pathetic. Chili is literally the easiest thing to cook and I had to drink it. Will never be back to this Wendy’s.

This place is terrible. I had to have surgery today. All I wanted was a cheesy bacon baked potatoes and some fresh nuggets and a frosty. There’s hardly any cheese on my potato. I’ve been eating these potatoes for years, they always have a cheese sauce and shredded cheese and bacon. They also always come with a thing of butter. The “manager” tried to say it only gets one scoop of cheese, blah blah blah. I dont even know what one scoop is. I know what I always get and between barely any cheese and nasty, cold and old nuggets, I won’t be back and neither will anyone I know. We’re paying too much for this crap not to be cooked and served correctly.

Baconator, more like bacon-less burger. Gave me medium fries, when I ordered large. The bacon crumbles they gave me were burnt. Staff was rude when we asked for ranch after ordering a 10piece.

Went here yesterday and there was the sweetest lady,about 60 years old, working the front lobby. Could tell she had just started because she was so nervous. I ordered the new sparkling energy drink and she didn’t know how to make it. She continuously asked her co workers for help and after the third one she asked finally got some help.. but with a terrible attitude! Can I just give this woman credit for trying, even when no one wanted to help! And what a sad place for her to be in every day and they should really work on their team work!

Ordered 2 #1’s with cheese. Meat was cold and dry, Buns were warm on the bottom but very cold on top. They made new ones but the same results. I will choose another place. I love Wendy’s but not in Scottsboro, AL

The food is great. However the picture on the menu for a “bacon, egg and swiss” croissant is misleading and we somehow got a burger instead. Even paid $15 for it. Menu shows a “big delicious burger” that we paid for but we got a small one instead.

Be prepared to wait for a while…They made our frosties before our other food, which was given to us 20 minutes later. Not sure what the health score was, it wasn’t posted that I saw. There was a worked frying french fries with her hair in a ponytail all over her shoulder, hanging down over the food. I thought hair had to be pulled back?
