I came though drive thru and when I got home my order was completely wrong. I tried calling for 3 hours and no one answered. Tried call throughout the next day no answer. This is getting to be the norm with this place. I used to love Wendy’s now not so much. The service is really poor, employees have an attitude and food quality is really starting to suffer. This used to be the best place for service and attitude but now it’s like they just don’t care. They are rude and act like they have better things to do. The last time I went before this there were several employees standing behind the counter looking at someone’s cell phone while others and myself were waiting to place an order when someone tried to get their attention they said someone will be there in a minute. Then proceeded to go back to looking at whatever was on the phone laughing. Several customers walked out. Meanwhile drive thru is wrapped around the building. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

I wouldn’t care if y’all mess up on my order but my husband came by Wednesday morning 17th which is today and he has gotten me a bacon chicken sandwich with syrup first time trying it and when I took a bite it has a long either brown or dirty blonde hair in my sandwich I almost choked! Everyone needs to wear hair nets and not just put it up in a ponytail or up in a hat! If I can put a picture on here I would sadly it won’t let me

Employees are always friendly and drive thru attendants are easy to hear and understand when placing an order. Drive thru always looks busy but don’t be discouraged their line moves pretty quickly and you will be in and back to your day before you know it, hot fries in hand.
