I love having more manners/customer service than the employees, still slightly better than the Mcd’s down the street but not by much. Sometimes the crew on duty reciprocates the ” how are you all doing tonight?” But usually it’s awkward silence and ” you can place your order whenever” repeated after I ask them how they’re doing weird gripe I know, but some shifts they’ve got customer service skills and some you’re talking to a plank of wood. Sorry not sorry.

Update: I changed my rating because today was better than last time. Sandwiches were prepared right and were really good. Fries were not super fresh and I got cherry syrup on my frosty instead of the requested strawberry. Staff was very nice.

We were not given any straws for our drinks. My burger that I requested no cheese on had cheese. It also had about three times too much mustard which was all over the paper. The single had enough mayonnaise for three singles. And the fries look like they had been under the light since yesterday.
The guy at the window was very nice and the order was given to us quickly.

We came to this wendys here on county line rd this morning on Sunday 11th 2026 and ordered 2 honey butter biscuits and left to go get coffee before we took them out of the bag and realized they were hard as brick so we went back and met this wonderful woman named Elizabeth she told us we could call her Liz and when we asked to remake the food she had no problem listening and she understood the assignment made our food fresh and softened those biscuits right on up may god bless her and we appreciate her awesome customer service.

Biggest problem I had when I ordered a large meal in the drive through is that I had to pull to the side and wait for them to cook fries and they were still stale. I swear they just reheated old fries. I tossed them in the trash. The burger was disappointing as well. If they had bothered to give me a reciept I would have asked for a refund. Go somewhere else.

Stopped at the drive thru at 11am today to get some lunch. They were not packed with customers the parking lot was not full at all. I will state that there was a grand total of one vehicle ahead of me in line. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders with Honey Mustard and was charged for that. My order came out quickly and was hot but it was not what I ordered and paid for. When I arrived home 10 minutes I found that my order was wrong They had given me 4 chicken nuggets not chicken tenders. If your employees do not know the difference between nuggets and tenders then maybe they should not be the ones filling the orders. I don’t come to this location that often but today it was on my way home.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the JBC Meal Deal with a strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was spoiled — it tasted extremely sour, smelled terrible, and the color was off (orangish-pink). There’s no way this should’ve been served to anyone.
When I called the store, someone answered, and as soon as I started explaining the issue, she said “hold on.” Then I clearly heard her say, “Here, it’s a complaint,” followed by laughter in the background.
I was going to let it slide, but my experience (and health) shouldn’t be taken as a joke. Someone could get sick, and your staff’s reaction was completely unprofessional.

Well that’s the case here. The burger was okay. The coke had an off taste and the fries were meh.

My husband picked food up from here and I was on the phone with him, the lady working the window was probably the nicest Wendy’s employee I’ve heard. She had a great attitude the entire time and our food came out quickly and it was correct besides the no mayo on his sandwich. My only complaint is the food could have been a little bit warmer but everything was correct.

I used to wonder why no one was ever in line for breakfast at this Wendys.. I quite enjoy it myself.. But I stopped by on a whim this morning.. 30 minutes before 10AM.. I ordered 4 Breakfast sandwiches.. 3 required sausage, all required egg.. They proceed to tell us that the EGGS will take 7 MINUTES to cook.. You’ve got to be kidding me! Yeh, Now I can see why they never have anyone at this location for breakfast!
