IF YOU’RE TRAVELING THROUGH: I ordered 4 frosties of all things… no one behind me, a car was already parked ahead of me. I paid for my order and BOOM can you please pull down… (for four frosties? The machine is right there..) so instead I go inside. The place looked like hell. tables are neglected, delivery slots filled with people who were told to pull down. I looked behind the register there was a young man fixing my order. Not paying attention he got one wrong and he threw it in the trash (a whole vanilla frosty) thinking I had left because they didn’t see my car (tho I was standing there) I watched this guy carelessly throw my order in the trash, (now 5 frosties…). So I requested for the manager. She had a very nasty attitude. Never uttered a word, never smiled and neither did she apologize for me witnessing my order being discarded (in my face) she fixed my order, no I’m sorry for the confusion, no word said to the workers (NOTHING). So the moral of the story, these workers here are NOT doing their jobs properly. If you’re told to pull up. Call the number on the glass/receipt & tell them your thoughts. I wasn’t even given a receipt but I’ll get that number in a few minutes. TO THE TEAM OVER THERE: TIGHTEN UP, QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. AND IF YOU CANT TAKE THE HEAT, GET OUT THAT KITCHEN. Drive thru Cashiers: Stop asking ppl to get off your timer… YOU ARE TIMED FOR A REASON AND I WILL NOT ASSIST WITH INFLATING YOUR PERFORMANCE METRICS… If you can’t keep up, move to fries or something ‍♂️

Decided to give it another try tonight. I ordered and everything seemed to be going fine but when I got to the window to pay, it was a dollar more than the screen had said. Fine. Not worth slowing the process down more. As they almost always do, they asked me to pull up and wait after paying. Again, fine bc I wanted my tenders cooked fully this time. The guy brought me out a frosty thing and I had ordered a Diet Coke. After he went in to fix that, I realized I had been given the wrong order altogether. I did end up getting the correct food but I’m pretty sure my Diet Coke is a Coke. Not worth going back through the drive through or back in for. Hoping they can get it together. Otherwise, it may become another place here in Irondale that’s just not worth the hassle.

Just went through about 30 min ago hope yall know (corporate) they’re claiming they have no fries for the night at 1057pm as someone who works at Taco Bell the games too old, we know yall got fries and just lazy. For this location to have JUST opened I’ll be expecting it shut down soon for sure smfh and that was my first time even going. I’ll definitely be calling corporate as well, also claimed they only had water and some kinda twist orange drink, also a lie I worked at Wendy’s as well in the past they just didn’t even wanna change the drinks. Never again lol, good luck with this location corporate yall gonna have a field day if not already

The AI menu gets my order wrong every time. I ordered a number 7 breakfast combo with a honey biscuit and a chocolate cold foam. When I pulled up to the window the employee asked me if I had a frosty, I said no and told her my order. She didn’t give me a receipt. She proceeded to walk away for roughly 30 seconds and came back with the incorrect order. I received bland potato wedges instead of a biscuit and no bacon on the baconator. The coffee was not made properly and tasted entirely like syrup. Between the struggle to simply order and the struggle to recieve the correct order I don’t see myself gambling my money by going back.

I hope the people working here especially the one with the blonde wig and crusty sides likes working here. The efficiency and ability to get orders correct tells me they’re going to work here for a very long time

Gave up on this place. 3 times now I have went through the drive through when not even that busy and been told to pull into a parking spot and wait. Then they have like 5 cars pulled up and get confused about whose order belongs to who. However I am sure their drive through time looks great lol.

We went to this Wendy’s drive thru once after they first opened and had no problems. Yesterday we went to the drive thru but the only way to order was through a computerized board. Absolutely ridiculous. I couldn’t get the computer to accept our drink order and then a worker broke in and in a very ugly tone of voice said, “We don’t have that, ma’am!” We just drove away. There are too many places to eat where I don’t have to be yelled at by the employees for simply trying my best to place an order with a computer. Again, insanity.

Ever since this Wendy’s opened customer service has been good but not tonight. The girl at the window with the cartoon or whatever kind of jacket that was, was EXTREMELY rude to my mom. We weren’t rude to her whatsoever and she kept slamming the drive thru window. She doing all that talking and the rolling of the neck, she won’t last long. If I was the driver, it would’ve been a different outcome. The guy that came to the window to apologize, was nice. The manager refunded me my money but gave me too much back. My mom went to give her one of the 10s back so the draw wouldn’t be short. The lady in the front said that that’s $35, another employee told her it was $45. Too many ppl at the drive thru window, y’all need to get it together.

Tonight was an absolute disgrace. The staff refuse to take my order after sitting at the intercom for some time. I asked for a manager and the night manager told me they were a franchise and she was the boss. The service was absolutely awful and if this is who you have running your business you won’t be in business long!! I will never be back!!!
