I haven’t been able to get a good JBC from any Wendy’s location lately. I don’t know if I just don’t like them anymore, or they changed something about them. Their fries are really good and fresh! Service was polite and timely and my online order was all correct when I picked it up.

Asked for a large baconator meal. It showed up a medium. When I asked her to fix it at the window she said she “couldn’t.” Had to get out and go in to get my straws. And had to ask for my sauces twice. Food was good, service was to be desired.

Pulled up to the drive-thru through at 11:35 and they closed at 12:00 (they had every single light off that they could trying to make it look like they were already closed which is B.S.!) I ordered a Biggie Bag and one of the new Swirl Frosty, we couldn’t get the vanilla and strawberry swirl because they had already defrosted the vanilla side of the machine so we said it would fine for them to make it with Chocolate ice cream instead. They give us the food and the young white girl working the widow hands us the frosty swirl and explains that the way “they” make it is to put the strawberry syrup at the bottom then the ice cream on top of that then more strawberry on top of that. It was DISGUSTING!!! And our food was so old and ICE cold that the cheese didn’t even begin to slightly melt! It was so bad we couldn’t eat it and I will be bringing the food back tomorrow and getting my money back! I’ve NEVER received food that bad at any restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life!

$9 for a baconator is wild. Corporate if you’re gonna charge that much for a sandwich you should pay your employees more! Very nice crew here. Ridiculous that they’re getting paid like 1.5 baconators an hour when you probably sell 50.

This is the single most dirty and unfriendly Wendy’s I have ever been to. To me I have never had a positive service experience at a Wendys, like ever… but man it’s cringe just how dirty this place is. I feel like I may get COVID, Salmonella, and E Coli all at the same time. If you want to be hospitalized and risk death, you should eat here.

I went to Wendy’s with no options left and they did have pretty decent deals on the meals and it was good not to bad. One thing that I was more concerned about was bout the hygiene at this place. We had to dine and the table were dirty they were not wiped buy the person who ate before not the associate at the store cleaned it. This place has 1/4th area of the dine area hard floor that’s were u get ur meal and the remaining 3/4th is carpet. Which is really dirty I would highly recommend to have it cleaned as it would create more hygiene for people to dine there. I know we are more concerned about the food we eat but the hygiene of the place were you eat also matters.
Maybe next time when I go I would not dine there that’s for sure.

It doesn’t matter new renovation or not your manager hires the worst employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Most of Pell city will tell you the same thing their service is pathetic and it starts at the top with the manager and who he or she hires and teaches customer service I’ve tried many times going thru the drive thru and the service is the worst and not one good employee in their. I’m not even one to care about reviews but renovating this place isn’t gonna change a thing with the customer service the food is great service is the worst
