MOLDY FOOD! I know this isn’t the best Wendy’s location, but I just wanted something quick and different for breakfast today. That was a massive mistake as halfway through eating my croissant sandwich I see that the edge of the croissant is covered in mold! Needless to say I didn’t finish the sandwich and am currently fighting nausea thinking about how much mold I may have accidentally eaten that was hidden beneath other ingredients. The coloration doesn’t show up as well in these pictures, but trust that the pastry is bluish grey and definitely smells like mold, as well. To top it off, I’m currently 6 months pregnant so of course I’ve been trying to be careful to eat hot and “safe” food even if sometimes it’s not the healthiest. Doesn’t feel great to now have to be Googling what consuming mold might do to a baby… Definitely never giving this Wendy’s a chance again.

It’s pretty much a drive through, as all their locations are doing. Quality food, speed of service great. Prices are kinda high for a drive through burger joint.

Here’s what I got – a BIGGIE BAG ALL THE WAY after asking if the order was right big girl handed it out the window and closed it behind her in my face! Smh

Ordered the 4 for $4 and somehow received only a 4-piece nugget and a small Coke. Missing the sandwich, missing the fries, missing the honey mustard. How do you mess up an order that simple and still hand the bag over? Please read the menu and check the bag before giving it to customers. I came by a week ago when they first opened and the group of guys that worked there were so helpful and kind. I am so excited that they are here in Gardendale. The menu looked to bright and new and inviting. The food was very fresh and delicious.

We had a big biscuit order, and it was handled quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. The man , im assuming thr manager was so friendly, personable and kind. He talked to us, asked about our plans and even went the extra mile for our daughters birthday. Truly beat fast food experince and absolutely delicious food!!! Thank you to the staff!!

So we parked in the parking lot and placed an order on the app to pick up inside. Thought it would just be easier to do it that way so we could check our order without holding up the drive thru line. When we got ready to go in, we found out the doors were locked. I told my husband I guess we would just have to go thru the drive thru. Maybe they didn’t have enough people working to have the doors open. So we pulled up the speaker at the drive thru and waited. And waited. Nobody came to the speaker so my husband pulled on around. When we got up to the window, The attendant already had a sour look on her face. My husband told her we had placed an order on the app and she interrupted him and told him he was supposed to stop at the speaker. First of all….rude! He tried to tell her he DID stop but nobody came to the speaker. She interrupted him again and said, no, you just pulled on through. And then tried to slam the window in his face while he was talking. It got stuck so it wouldn’t slam shut. Another girl came and gave us our food and when we asked what the other girl’s name was, she told us she didn’t know. Excuse me ma,am, you’ve been working with her all day and you’re gonna tell me you don’t know her name! My said that’s ok, I don’t need it. She’ll be easy to describe. Worst drive thru experience I’ve had in a long while!

It was my first time at this location..the building looked like it was jammed in the spot..very tight!the entry way was a little confusing but I figured it out..the workers were pleasant but my burger was hard like it had been missed from a previous order and they gave it to me.and my lemonade tasted chemically I don’t know if its a new recipe but I won’t get it again.the customer service will be the reason ill try them one more time
