I ordered a double stack biggie meal for $5 and upgraded my drink to a small frostie. Can I just say that my burger was made SO PERFECT. The bun was fresh, the onions pickles and cheese were neatly placed on the burger and they held their shape. Burger wasn’t nuked so the cheese wasn’t melty with the ketchup is the reason I enjoyed the meal so much. Nice and neat. Perfect. And usually Wendy’s everywhere doesn’t serve small burgers really well but this one was perfect and delicious I can’t show a picture of it bcuz I ate it immediately. Ya that good. Thanx Wendy’s in Cullman at the Pilot exit 304.

Front counter cashier was amazing!!!! The manager short petite blonde on the other hand needs to check herself and leave whatever it was one other side of the stores doors!! I’m not some pissy keren or “one of those customers” I am the night assistant manager at a burger king so here’s some pointers to a shift lead manager…..
1.coach and train ur employee when you can tell she don’t know what to do!!!! DONT LEAVE HER HANGING!!! It make you look bad not her!!! Like being able to exchange my Old fries for fresh!!! She was waiting on YOUR RESPONSE to see what to do…make sure she know what she can and can’t do!!! Mind u the manager is the one who made my fries BOTH TIMES!!! BOTH TIMES WERE OLD FRIES!!!
2. It’s YOUR JOB as a manager to make sure ur Foodand customer service is up to standards!!! Example of what not to do is if fries have to be replaced they shouldn’t be from same batch!!! And Hey friendly reminder smile when you have customers BC It doesn’t matter if your having a shitty day , YOUR A MANAGER, your not crew U decided to be a manager in a hospitality industry (fast food) you need to pretent to like your job because here’s the thing when you only have 2 customers and no one in drive thru, it’s YOUR JOB TO SMILE!!! Even if you have to smile thru ur teeth!!!! Smile it 100% MATTERS!!!! I could even understand if you had been busy bc it’s fast past and will give anyone a run for you money!!! All That being said because it had to be!!! I truly hope and pray that today was just a bad bad for you , that one bad day out of a million days type day!!! I PRAY TO THE LORD YOUR NOT ALWAYS LIKE THAT!!!! It’s not fair to your customers or staff!!! Another thing both the cold foam coffees are disgusting!!! I believe you might want to check your expiration date on those!!!! Before you get someone sick they were that bad!!!! But I want to state again the young cashier was awesome and the guy on board (guy making the sandwichs) was also awesome!!!! Thank y’all you both are appreciated and I hope one day you can work with better management

Been in here many times. Service is always great; friendly employees. Order is just about always prepared quickly. Sometimes it can be a bit sloppy and thrown together though. All in all, they do an awesome job at making this fat man even fatter. What do you expect for 3 baconaters and a small Diet Coke?

So, I always gotta give Wendy’s a decent review because you can’t beat their Biggie Bag price which has stood the rest of time. Unfortunately this location the fries weren’t the greatest and they only had 2 sauces left for the nuggets….but it made a turd.

Food was way to expensive to have gotten what they gave us the patties were dried out like they were cooked and layed out under a heat lamp all day and was supposed to be a double baconator it had only a 1/2 apiece of bacon on it wilted
lettuce pd almost $13 for
something my daddy couldn’t
even eat , got a single cheese burger combo pd$10.39 and it was the same way dried out un eatable and last but not least Asiago chicken club that’s where we found the other half of the piece of bacon from my daddy’s sandwich the chicken was greasy and hard wilted lettuce and a thin mushy tomato out fries were cold by the way it cost$11.59 we spent $43.87 for food we couldn’t eat and iv tried calling all day they are not answering the phone let me ask you this why do ya’ll stay opened late nite if the food is cooked earlier and just sets there if your not going to serve fresh or even simi fresh food I feel like we were taken
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WENDY’S IN GOODHOPE AL.

Ordered my food and got told it would take a while because chicken nuggets were going to take awhile to make. Waited over 30 minutes then asked about my food. They had forgotten my food. After another 10 minutes I got my food. Got home and the chicken nuggets weren’t in the bag. Multiple workers standing outside and who i believed to be the manager was hanging out with a group of people. Worker wasnt drinking but the people in the group were.

Employees didn’t know their menu – took me several minutes to explain how to input pineapple Fanta zero.
From order time to order completion took just shy of 15, far too long for a $28 order.
Drink mixing station had several bottles of chemicals and a cup labeled “sanitizer” on it.
I have nothing good to say about this location.

I got sick from here last night. I also talked to a cashier from the Pilot and she said her sister also got sick from here. I would not eat from here. The people that work here dont look very clean either. This Wendy’s needs to be shutdown.

Fast food – made and recieved slow. A discombobulated group of individuals working at one time. Never seen such discoordinated fast food place in my life. 5+ people in there just going in circles and it’s only 4:30, not even quite dinner time yet.

-Asked if they had baked potatoes.
Nope, we are out.
Then proceeds to give out several baked potatoes to people ordering before and after us.
-Ordered Apple Pecan salad.
Out of all salads.

Finally put a order through for a Dave’s double, no Lettuce, onion or pickles. 2 LG chili’s, chicken ranch wrap and a frosty.

Took over 5mins to order our food.
Takes 20 mins for our food.
Now frosty is melted from waiting so long.
Burger is cold and has everything on it.
And the fries are less than half way filled.

Manager is hollering out to the crew “good job guys”….. Maybe a new manager that gives true criticism is needed and one that can give guidance to their staff to ensure Wendy’s stands up to the “fast-food” label.
