When i went to Wendy’s i was feeling low I was probably going to take my own life that day, but when I went and got my 6$ biggie bag from this great employee Khylan my whole day and life got better he held me in a tight embrace and whispered in my ear that everything was gonna work out and, he was here if I ever needed anything. we talked about life and he made me feel so secure. I call Khylan often when i need a safe space and some good food. I hold Khylan high in my life and he is a great man and employee.

The AI at the drive through window is actually really good and has gotten my order correct every time I’ve gone this far. Food quality was excellent although it did take a little bit to get my fries however I give freshly cooked hot fries. The only mark against them was they forgot my frosty.

This is a good location. The food was put together nicely. It was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was good. Only issue is the employees. I ordered at the kiosk and went to the counter to get my drink cup. At least 6 people looked my way but not a single one of them acknowledged me at all. What happened to speaking and asking someone what they need? Anyway my drink cup was the LAST thing I received. ♀️

Khylan is the best employee in there, I was having a terrible day then I went in there and saw his pearly whites and he took my order super fast and gave me my food, I also told him that I was almost out of money, he took me to the gas station and filled up my tank for me. Khylan is so nice and heartwarming he truly is the best employee I’ve ever came across.

Today was very 1st time going to this Wendy’s. Tjere were tow employees at the window that appeared to be standing around having a conversation. The young lady that took my card did not speak to me before she took the card or after she gave me my sandwich. She simply closed the window and went about carrying on with the young lady that was still standing there. No, “Hi, Thank you, nothing. I think I was bothering her by ordering a sandwich. No customer service = no more of my money for the profits.

Its truly baffling how this restaraunt is nearly brand new and we’ve got….this kind of experience. Ordered online, waited a good 15 minutes before I left to get it. Get there, give them my name, and they tell me “Its gonna be a minute, you can have a seat.” At this point, its been 20 minutes since I’ve placed this order in an empty restaurant and 3 people in the drive thru. Waited ANOTHER 20 minutes to get yelled at across the restaraunt that my lukewarm food is ready. Come on Wendy’s, do better. This is appalling customer service for a location thats been open for less than 6 months.

Kylan helped through a tough time that day I had just been officially divorced and was bout to move in a apartment but had no one to help I was sitting at a table and Kylan noticed I was feeling down and asked “what’s wrong buddy” I responded with what was happening and he offered to take off from his shift to help me move he also gave me his money form that shift he worked and told me everything would be alright and he I offered to not take the money but he insisted anyways God bless Kylan he needs a promo for real ❤️

2nd time getting food there. The 1st go around was ok. (When they firsr open up)Food was ok. My daughter and I came home not feeling all that well after we have ate. 2nd go around, which was today 10/24/2025. My daughter ate just a few mins later, she came to me saying she wasn’t feeling good. I told her to drink some water and lay down. Few mins past, she ran to the bathroom and threw up her food, which was kid meal chicken nuggets & fries & small coke. I told her we are not eating there again if Wendy’s food was gonna make you you sick like that. I called and talked with the manager and she was real nice about it and I explained on what happened and the manager told me if there was any more problems that came up for me to call her back! I told her I would and I thanked her! I hope this doesn’t happens to anyone else!
