I ordered late night and they got my order wrong by mistake. I called in and Dwayne told me to come in the next day to get a free replacement. My boyfriend went to pick it up for me and they gave me and him a free combo each. Dwayne the manager was really great he went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I go here before dropping my husband off at work usually once a week. Today the wedges were cold which can happen. BUT when we asked for DIET Dr. Peppers and got regular is when I have the issue. I’m a type 1 diabetic and now the medium drink is paid extra for is going to go in the garbage, I have a problem. This could have potentially landed me in the hospital if I didn’t know the difference in taste.

This location is filthy and I would not recommend coming to this location. Today I was sold molded buns twice after ordering Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Never offered a refund and when attempting to speak with the manager over the phone she did not want to identify herself and then after stating what the problem was she stated she does not have time for this and hung up the phone. Disgusting attitude and food. And deserves no stars. This Wendy’s location will be shut down soon .

The older gentleman in drive thru has the best personality and should get a raise. I love the strawberry frosty and don’t miss the vanilla. My husband on the other hand wants it back.

What a great experience at this Wendys. Norma was amazing!!! She was so patient and gave us a big bag for our food. Any other employee wouldn’t have had the thought and consideration that Norma had for us. It is really appreciated.

Drive through take out some snacks before go finishing, have a real nice piece of Spicy Chicken sandwich and I like how they separate pack for each order, so my kids sit in the back can have their own bag of meal. Great job!

I’m so tired of Wendy’s APP not working. I’m probably going to uninstall it after this rant. Today’s special was a Biggie Burger for $1 with a purchase. I selected the deal and ordered a large frosty. Every time I went to check out, only the frosty showed up. I attempted 5 times, and I figured it would show up when I paid. Nope, only the stupid frosty. The only reason I went to Wendy’s was for the deal. I took the overpriced frosty and got a better burger deal at McDonald’s. I remember the same thing happening when I first signed up. I was promised a free burger, clicked on the deal, ordered a frosty, and only received the overpriced frosty. Same with my points. I use my points for free food, lose my points, and the food never shows up in my bag. Worse is you try to get help from the restaurant, and all they say is that we don’t control the app or honor the apps mistakes. I’m done with Wendy’s.

One of the cleanest fast food joints around. Went thru drive thru today and was greeted right away. Order was perfect. Staff was very very friendly and professional. Dined in a few times and dining room is always clean as well as the bathrooms.
