EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went thru the drive thru, sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes. No one ever came on or acknowledged us or to ask us to please wait to take our order. Drove up to the window sat at the window for another 5 minutes watching multiple employees see us sitting there. Apparently the girl had just come back from the bathroom and took the headset back from a coworker in front of us after we explained that we had been sitting at the speaker and thought it was broke due to no response. We asked to place an order and we were told that we had to drive all the way back around to the speaker to place our order. She told us that she would not take our order since she’s not allowed to do so at the window. We left. Rude and bad customer service.

I ordered a Dave’s Double and Garlic Parmesan Nuggs, which were served to me almost immediately after ordering! The staff is friendly and the dining area was very clean. There are plenty of options for soft drinks at their self-serve machine. Service was excellent today.

I live about 2 miles from this Wendy’s and even though it is the closest fast food to my house I would gladly drive several extra miles to get other food because of such poor service and food quality. I did that for a few years and each time I would give in, I always regretted it.
Well, I tried again tonight and am so glad that I did!! April and Tory (?? The manager at 10pm) gave me unbelievable service and went out of there way to make sure my food was hot and quick. They are so kind and friendly and I’m really glad that someone stepped up and my Wendy’s will be a great place to go again.

Messed up my order and attempted to call but no one answered the phone. Contacted corporate and was advised this store is a franchise. They emailed the store but got no follow up from them.

i went to this location twice on 10/09/2025 the first time i was with my father and the employee was nice while we were ordering but after taking the card didn’t even look at us once again after and did not say your welcome after we thanked her for our food, and it was a similar situation when we went again a few hours later.

They don’t cut the chicken on your salad anymore, but it’s a whole fried piece of chicken with plastic utensils it’s beyond ridiculous. The manager would not make an exception I have been to other Wendy’s and they always have done it regardless customers shouldn’t be treated this way do better Wendy’s or def find another one with a better manager. I paid $10 for this SALAD mind you .,, ill never return to this Wendy’s

My daughter went today August 18 to grab breakfast and the girls on the drive thru were making fun of her and laughing because she ordered only one muffin and slice of bacon. This was un aceptable. You don’t know what health condition your customers have!

Went to Wendy’s with my kiddos to try the new thin mint frosty it was pretty good the mint chocolate syrup was a little clumpy but I’m sure it was probably because the cookie is blended to make it. I love going and getting a biggie bag it’s a great value for the amount of food you get. The bathrooms and usually always clean but sometimes you have to wait at the counter for more then 5 minutes to get your order taken because the person running the register also gets the food. That’s my only complaint.
