Just left here didn’t give me my correct change because they dont get pennies any more shorted me a nugget for my kid. And the guy taking orders sounds like he doesn’t want to be at work!! One morning I went and a Spanish manager (a lady) refused to put sugar in my coffee she said the flavored caramel syrup had enough sugar. I eneded up having to go inside. Now I remember why I dont go here!

Had employee screaming at my family and I through speakerphone. Kept saying that he shouldn’t have switched to day shift because he preferred a night shift.
Then when we drove around he literally had half of his body out of the window screaming at my partner to meet him after work.

I love wendys and this Wendy’s here today i had a horrible experience with an employee possibly a manager lady had anger and inpatient i know they have a line to move but is always so good to receive a nice attitude even if there’s a fast moving line we are hungry customers and they are tired workers and the end of all either one should treat each other with anger but respect amnd and dignity i asked for things they said were in the bag but were missing is important to be gentle and kind after all we are also rushing and both want to meet our expectations and needs as well as getting the job done in their part there is thousands of tourists in this area acrossing through especially at this restaurant in a very high busy area as jensen Beaches

I have gave this Wendy’s 3 chances in the last year. Every time, they have completely gotten our order wrong. One time they gave us half our order, called them to tell them what we weee missing, and still given the wrong food. Never going back to this one.
