Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a regular burger for takeout. When I got home, we open them up, and there was no bacon cheeseburger. They were both cheeseburgers. One with tomato and pickle. My plain had cheese with tomato, onion and pickle. The bacon cheeseburger was to have bacon, tomato and pickle. I was charged $6.19 for it. Getting a regular cheeseburger was not worth $6.19. We will never go again. I didn’t want to drive back 20 minutes in traffic.

This is the last time I order from this embarrassment of a Wendys.
Seven years of trying but wow they never fail to take money and not give you the correct items. After a year of not ordering, I decided to give it one last chance and they failed again.
A large order and almost half the items were missing. No exaggeration.
Don’t bother. There are better options near by.

Sorry to say why I only gave 1 star to this Wendy’s location:
-I ordered Chicken wrap and it was poorly served. My husband’s hamburger was ok.
– The employees don’t know what kind of fish they serve.
– All the tables were sticky and nobody was taking care to clean them.
– The trash bin in the salon was full full.
– No toilet paper at all, napkins in the floor and trash cans full in women’s restroom.
Sorry again, but is true story.

Every time I order from the Gatlin store you always mess up the simplest things! I ordered a triple cheeseburger with pickles and condiments only yet I get a ton of hot lettuce and the driest burger ever. Im willing to bet it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while then you added the condiments I requested. This place is horrible!

I recently visited Wendy’s, and while the food itself was just okay, the experience was concerning. During my visit, there was a strong burning smell coming from the back of the house (food prep area). The smoke became so thick that the employees had to open the lobby doors to air it out.
This raised serious questions about safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. I nearly contacted the health department on the spot because of how alarming the situation was. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately, because customers deserve a safe and worry-free dining experience.

Update. 11/18/2025- 930am. No baked potatoes. Like what is wrong with this location. Needs new management or staff. Something. Guess ill call corporate next.
You serve baked potatoes on the menu, which means any time its order its your employees job to make it. Even at 10 o’clock at night. Also, chicken nuggets are always super hard and old. Figure it out.

While this was because of a drive thru vist. This Wendy’s is awesome and doing better. The staff was nice and we had to wait a little but was definitely worth it. Good job guys!

Horrible staff and management. Takes forever no matter drive thru or inside. Dirty. Manager making free food for their family so everyone had to wait for her to be done making it to dispo the remaining orders. McDonald’s and Taco Bell .5 mile from this location would def recommend going there instead

Well they were friendly for the most part they are very very slow and they will take all of the drive-through orders before they start processing the dining area orders.
