Shout out to anybody working tonight on 24 February 2026. My meal didn’t come out correct and they fixed it within 30 seconds. And they had the most amazing attitude! Thank you to the managers and the cooks and the cashier! I will only go to this Wendy’s because of the customer service. Thank you very much!

After multiple missing items in the past or cold food today I decided to give them one more try . I went to take my daughter to get an after school meal but I did order mobile order . I completely forgot to order her sauce so when at the window I asked the lady for a ranch sauce she proceeded to tell me it’s 53 cents for the ranch so I asked her if it didn’t come with the meal and she told me I got ketchup and that’s a sauce so I couldn’t get any more my daughter starts pulling her food out to eat and to my surprise no sauce at all no ketchup nothing so I think they should check and make sure they put the sauce in the bags before they try and charge someone for some sauce .

Went here for breakfast. Muffin sandwiches were cool, not hot. Pull apart cinnamon roll were like warm and dry.
Part of the whole open kitchen, is so you can see the shift supervisor, reach for your French toast sticks with his BARE hands, and toss them into the fryer. Real quality control here folks.

Terrible experience, not safe to eat. Saw two members of the staff, who were not wearing gloves, touch customers’ fries while handling them, to put them in the bag. One of them was also handling the register… Touching money. One of those customers was me. I asked the young lady to please remake them, to which I saw her hand the fries to the employee at the fry basket, only to have that employee dump them into where they keep the cooked fries and then proceed to scoop and put them into a box for me. This basically contaminated all of the other fries in the bin…. Additionally, I requested no pickles and there were pickles.

Wendy’s has extremely compromised the quality and integrity of their product. It used to be my go to instead of McDonald’s who continually disappoints. Anyway when I opened my wrapper to see my burger it looked like the bun had been stepped on or squished. More than poor presentation. I was instantly reminded of why I go to Culver’s now a block over. Not sure if I’ll be going back. The only thing that saved this experience was the fries. I may give it another shot but this was really disappointing.

This location is horrible. Living just 5 mins away from this Wendy’s I’ve visited multiple times and sadly every visit ended in disappointment. My order is always missing an item or just completely wrong all together. I understand mistakes happen, however taking that into consideration I gave them another try on multiple occasions and still the same result. Will no longer be giving this location any business. I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere unless you like cold, ill-prepared food or something you didn’t order.

I came to Wendy’s specifically because they were advertising the new chicken tenders. I was excited to try them, only to be told at the drive-thru that they were out. It’s extremely frustrating when a company promotes a new item but doesn’t have it available. If you’re going to run ads for something, at least make sure the store is stocked and prepared. Wasted time, wasted trip, and very disappointing service.

$2 for a year’s worth their frosty’s was definitely a good promotion and I highly recommend it and it’s smart because I couldn’t resist buying a Burger while I was there. UPDATED… It really depends on who is working but there are better lat night employees at Wendy’s than McDonald’s and 100% better than BK!!

I will never give them my business again. I was treated with such disrespect not only as a customer but even just as human being. The manager wouldn’t even look up from his phone while I was speaking to him. They dont even know what specials are on thier building. They just repeated their nah it isn’t true until I had to ask them to go look at it. Instead of them giving me the benefit of the doubt and realizing Hey, I don’t really know what’s going on in my restaurant, maybe the lady that’s saying that there’s a big sign on my building, isnt making it up even after I know she drove around the building to check, nope. He didn’t say sorry, he didn’t say anything besides looking at his phone and saying, yeah, when I told them that he lost our business because of how rude they are.
