I didn’t have a good experience at this place. Our food was pure grease, very oily, the ice cream was delivered wrong, and the girls working there are very inattentive to orders. Everything was fried in old oil.

First time in a Wendy’s for at least 4 years. Ist I noticed it was MT, apart from me obviously. I had a number 3 Bacon Egg and Swiss Croissant, that’s what the menu said anyway, not sure what I got but although tasty it didn’t resemble anything I’d seen before, the fries again tasty but not regular fries. Only 2 people working in the “kitchen” One (Tim) took orders from the drive thru and served customers, his headphones blocked him from hearing me so I had to raise my voice somewhat, but he did an excellent job. The other person prepared the food, when I say prepared she put food items in a little stack and put them in a bag. So as it’s MT mostly who needs proper burger flippers. It appears that Tim is also the manager, more power to ya Mon Ami.

Wendy’s has a great menu. I love their spicy nuggets. Baconator is my favorite burger. Their fries are always great. The staff hete are always super friendly. I love coming to this location.

Look, I’m sorry y’all were busy tonight? But if y’all could please let the lady with the black hair bonnet at the window know that
1. She doesn’t actually have to be huffy about it when a customer politely asks for their drink to be No Ice as was specified in the app, and
2. Y’all’s app does not give the option to order extra condiments to pay for, so there is REALLY NO REASON to get even huffier about 50 Freaking Cents just because I asked for an extra ranch packet.
Good grief.
I’m a service worker, too; I work at a Publix Deli, in fact, and this kind of BS behavior towards someone who was nothing but respectful and apologetic is just completely uncalled for.
No Ice and an extra condiment was really NOT worth acting like a heifer over.
Do better, ma’am.
UPDATE: So, not only was that lady huffy with me over the requested No Ice in my drink and for giving me a Ranch cup, but she also gave me the wrong drink (Coke Zero is not Root Beer with Vanilla) and the BBQ condiment that I was able to ask for in the app? She gave me a Sweet Chili instead.
Like, how the hell you gonna be that huffy and attitudinal with me when you got LITERALLY EVERY PART of my order that you had a hand in COMPLETELY WRONG?
Like, ma’am?? I’m more than acquainted with how much it sucks working in fast food, but you are RIDICULOUS for this.

Nakita, Jolly, Aaron, and Patsy provided such wonderful customer service. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. I ordered the number two which is the sausage egg and cheese croissant meal. I didn’t realize that it comes with Swiss cheese and when I asked if they could remake it they did without hesitation!

What a joke. 5 People working behind the counter and we waited over 10 minutes in the drive through for our food. I went in to see how much longer and there was nobody eating in. So why the hold up? so much for fast food.

I had a terrible experience at this location today. Only one item out of six was right in our order, even AFTER I went back to get missing items. We ordered a kid’s meal that usually comes with a sealed bag of apples. We received a container of slimey ones that were already opened. Ordered a double and received a single. Ordered a 4-count spicy nuggets, and they only included 3. First order of nuggets were hard as hell and inedible. It’s like they went out of their way to mess up every single item somehow. I had the same experience here 2 weeks ago but assumed they were having an off day. Now that I see this is a regular occurrence, I’ll just stop ordering. Not worth the stress.

This was my first time trying out Wendy’s for Breakfast. Did the French Toast Combo. French Toast was delicious better than other Fast Food Places, the Home Fries also had some good seasoning on them. Choose a Coke Zero, and it tasted good not flat, like other places. Other than that, too much ketchup bags; lol.

That was the best Cobb salad I’ve had in ages! The chicken was warm, the bacon crispy, and everything was perfectly proportioned. Each bite was mouthwatering, especially with that crumbled egg on top. It was simply perfect! I’m really excited with Wendy!

After watching the two women just standing there talking for 3 minutes,they both looked at me,then turned around and started talking again. After clearing my throat,the one lady walks up and asks “what do you want?”. As I putting my glasses on,she starts waving her hand in a “hurry up” motion…I said” you know what? Nevermind” ,and walked out. Won’t be back.
