This Wendy’s is the definition of inconsistent. Sometimes it’s exactly what you expect, but today was a complete disaster. We ordered the $6 Biggie Deal, and it was anything but a “deal.” The burger was incredibly dry, no lettuce or tomato. It was gros. COMPLETELY UNAPPEALING & lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, we had to wait an absurdly long time just to get the order. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait that long for food that looks like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. If you’re stopping here off I-75, be warned—you might get a great meal, or you might get a total waste of money. Today was definitely the latter.

Pure laziness. Came in at 849pm on 10/19. I hope they check the cameras. There was no customers in the store and no customers in the drive through. I waited for a few minutes to place my order and the dude behind the counter rudely comes up and goes “you gotta place your order on the machine.” Seriously? He was too lazy to just take my order. I miss the days when wendys stood by the “its not fast food, it’s wendys.” The quality of the food has gone down the drain and the quality of the service has dropped – while the prices do nothing but go up.

I have been to a lot of Wendy’s even some bad ones but never one this bad. I would give this a zero star if that was an option. The employees clearly hate their job and the customers they are supposedto serve. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our meal which made me think it was fresh, but was wrong. The restaurant was not busy just mismanaged. The food was cold and gross. The fries tasted like the oil was changed weeks ago if not years ago. The dinning room was dirty. The Coke machine was out of 80% of the drink choices. The restrooms had no soap or toilet paper and the women’s restroom didn’t even work. If you read this review avoid this location at all cost. Seriously it is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Stopped here on my way to Gainesville, it’s a Friday night, near an exit, I see that this place was understaffed. I am very patient when it comes to those circumstances. The black gentleman with the gold teeth was very sweet but did not accurately make our drinks. That’s okay. The older white gentleman though was not okay, he had a very nasty attitude, cutting into the other man’s order taking for some reason (even though gold tooth was doing perfectly fine). They had us park and wait for a bit, so when the food came out not only wrong but OLD and cold we went back inside to ask to for it to be remade whenever possible, no matter the wait. We were willing to wait we just wanted hot food, but after waiting a while no one came to the register. We were completely ignored. Not having time to wait any further we left, but a Wendy’s being by an exit on a Friday night, should probably try and do better.

This location has gone down hill in the last several months. Rude management. Very slow drive thru service. Only 1 vehicle in drive thru. Takes 2 minutes for anyone to respond to speaker box. They have a gentleman in the drive thru eating his lunch with mayonnaise on his face as he is serving your drinks.

So my dad eats Wendy’s 3 or 4 times a week. He always swaps out the nuggets for a baked potato and the fries for a chili. And he pays for a frosty upgrade. So we were working out of town today and stoped at one on the way home. He orders and all the punk says is NO, not at this location. Was not accommodating and quite rude to be honest. And since I’m being honest here. I think he intentionally gave dad a fork instead of a spoon.

Customer service in the drive thru was awful. She gave such an attitude she entire order and we were the only ones there with no one inside. She didn’t even say you’re welcome after we said thank you. The food order at least was correct but that still won’t make me ever come back to this one.

Walked inside and ordered 3 Jr cheeseburger deluxe. 2 regular and 1 no onion. After 15 minutes I asked the cashier if that was my 3 burgers sitting there. She was clueless. I gave them about 5 more minutes and told her again that that must be my order. After a short conversation with her she finally remembered my order. She bagged them and I walked to my truck to find 1 with onions, 1 no onions and a bacon cheese burger. My beagle is more attentive than that whole staff. Sorry Wendy’s, but that was your last chance with me. I truly understand why you are closing the doors. Poor management bring poor staff.

this location is kiosk only and you have a lot of people that do not know how to use them. I watched three couples walk out of the restaurant because they didn’t wanna bother with it.
