Terrible. The payment machine was set up so that it made you tip. If you didn’t want to, it was several clicks to opt out. The lady was walking everyone through tipping. She walked away and I did not tip. She came back and said loudly, you put zero? I’m normally a big tipper but I was irritated about being almost forced to tip at Wendy’s. Terrible service, waited 25 minutes for my food that didn’t arrive. Went to the counter and the manager didn’t give me an explanation until I asked why my food wasn’t ready. Her explanation while she walked away from me was that she didn’t see my order. When there is a huge monitor with orders there visible. I asked for my refund and was given a dismissive attitude. For a tourist this is a bad start for my experience here in Orlando.

Terrible.
First off, the girl that took my order looked miserable. Couldn’t hear a word she was saying and she looked pissed off, didn’t smile, nothing. Not that she has to but at the very least seem less upset to be there and speak up. The fries were cold and the burger was just okay. Id suggest eating anywhere else in this plaza over this Wendy’s. Pizza and KFC looked great.
