We were late getting out of Disney with no dinner so decided to stop at wendys. I have only had it once since last summer and boy have we noticed a difference in the Wendy’s nationwide. On a long road trip last summer we stopped many times at Wendy’s. I got hooked on their huge baked potatoes with cheddar and bacon. The potatoes were very good tasting and at least I got some protein with the cheese and bacon. This time those potatoes weren’t an option. They only had sour cream and chives. It was about half the size of last year’s potatoes and did not have the same taste at all. The chicken sandwiches have also changed and not in a good way. They are much smaller and a totally different chicken. We also got a bacon double stack. Very pitiful size of burgers. Tonight when we stopped we couldn’t get into the restaurant because they had the door locked. Even though it was before dining room closing time. So we had to go through the drive through. Now you no longer get to talk to a real person . It’s all automated and we couldn’t get through to them that we had a coupon.
But on to the plus’s. The person that delivered our food was very nice and helpful. We had a large order and they got everything right. Also I have had the chocolate frosty twice this week and I actually feel like they taste even better than they used to. So not everything has gone completely down hill. But I do believe with all of the changes Wendy’s has done to their food, I won’t be eating there again. I will only order the frosty and go elsewhere for food. I don’t think this food quality is a local issue, I believe it is nationwide and due to Dave dying and no longer here to make sure the food is up to his standard.

I was over it when the AI order screen kept messing my order up, we went to the window and they still managed to get the order wrong, and my sister asked for an extra ranch for her salad and they gave her ranch for nuggets. When I looked over at my daughter eating her burger and saw that the inside was pink, that was the icing on the cake. Absolutely NOT!!!

I used to really like this Wendy’s but the past two times I’ve been it’s been poor. The service is really slow and the screens to order normally don’t work. Once we eventually ordered the food took 20 minutes to arrive although the place was nearly empty and it tasted like it had been cooked and reheated. I won’t be back

Hey went today around ten minutes ago to order the salad I always order just to be told i couldnt order what I wanted. Which was the cob salad with classic Chicken. EVERY OTHER WENDYS has allowed me to enjoy the salad to my liking. One employ says you can, the other says you can’t, the manager Andrew then said he wasnt going to do it. Inconsistency will definitely break a business . Do better

My big breakfast has worn off and I’m ready for something inexpensive. It was Wendy’s to the rescue. My 90 minutes here was pleasant.
The dining room was clean on a Sunday night with no litter and while there was no trash on the tables, the only one next to a power outlet needed a wipe down as there was sticky on it. A few napkins and some melted ice took care of that.
One of the “Biggie Bag” combos with fries, nuggets, a burger and a drink. All were good though as usual the nuggets were not hot. This seems to be consistent across the Wendy’s I’ve encountered lately. I enjoyed several refills of the sugar free lemonade from the Coke Freestyle machine.
Laptop out and plugged in, connected to their wifi. It was quiet enough, the flow of the customers was entertaining (especially the British tourists who had not encountered a kiosk for ordering before) and I left when I was ready.

I can’t rate the food because we waited 15 minutes for someone to help us with free food coupons our kids received. If you go through the drive thru you will be served. Six people ordered at the kiosk and we’re in line inside waiting for food. Customer service is gone. Next the corporation will have you making burgers and telling you it’s saving you money. Good bye Wendy’s. We won’t be back.

The employees are not bagging food and are instead just making it and piling it. This creates an atmosphere in which people are stacked up and can’t get food. There are currently 13 orders and I’ve been here for 30+ minutes! They have locked the store so no more people can’t come in to place orders. Wendy’s is losing money from this slow store. Please create a better working system
