We did the drive through and a machine took our order.But a real person gave our food she had to make some modifications to the order.Lolo helped us through the drive through.very friendly and helpful.My little one had to use the bathroom and it smelled awful and the toilets where not flushed.Food was good and we enjoyed the Wednesday drive though theme

Can’t comment on the atmosphere since I ordered via Doordash, but I will gladly express my dissatisfaction with the food I received. Ordered two large combos…fries came less than half full each…perhaps a large if we combined them. Ordered a cookie, missing. And asked for no ice…guess what…ICE! Come on guys, you had one assignment and you completely missed the bar. Customer service is steadily declining not sure how they have a 4 star review. And no one answers the phone so you can express your concerns. Please do better!

I visited Wendy’s recently during a very busy period and was truly impressed by the service I received. First, a special shout-out to Cynthia (I believe she was either the shift leader or manager). While the rush of customers was relentless and some of them were clearly impatient, Cynthia maintained a professional and calm attitude. She kept things moving, handled orders and staffing with composure, and made sure everything stayed on track even under pressure.

Hilda also stood out. Through the chaos she kept a steady “poker face” and diligently worked through fulfilling orders. At one point I noticed a customer’s order was too large to carry in one trip — without being asked, Hilda stepped up, offered to help carry the order out, and did so. That kind of initiative speaks volumes.

To the rest of the staff: you all deserve major kudos. Despite the overwhelming odds you maintained food quality and delivered customer service that went beyond the usual expectations. I regret not having my receipt (so I couldn’t fill out the formal survey) but felt compelled to write this review anyway.

Thank you, Cynthia, Hilda, and the team, for making my visit a standout. You’re doing it right.

That’s a wrap. I give up with this location. 15 to 20 minutes waiting for an order a placed well ahead of time. It was a tiny meal and chilli! This is third time they ignored the sauce requests, and just left hot sauce out. It’s on the reciept!

Guess I will try a different location. This one has horrible service!

I ordered a large chili with cheese and sour cream on the side. I also ordered their new chicken stripe meal with fries and a iced tea to drink. Sweet and sour sauce for the chicken stripes. All on the mobile app. Went through drive through to get my order. They were out of the chicken strips and the sweet and sour sauce. So I was forced to switch to a double burger, fries and a drink meal. I was informed once purchased through the app, it was not refundable. Received my food pulled over to eat. The chili was ice cold. Went back through drive through. There was nothing they could do, no more chili and no way to heat it up. And of course no refund. I have since contacted the Wendy’s app. It has been over a week, and no response or credit.
I HATE THE WAY THE WORLD HAS GONE TO AI. YOU CAN NOT GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE. YOU GET NO RETURN TO YOUR COMPLAINT AND NO WAY TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!

Left me standing there for 20 minutes with only 3 customers and didn’t even tell me when my food was ready, just put it on the counter letting it get cold until I finally had to ask if my order was ready. Avoid this Wendy’s if you want good service.

Positive-Quick service (only car in line however), Sunday afternoon
Negative- automated service-impossible to tailor order; absolutely zero greeting or interaction from the window cashier. Food (burgers & fries) were/was 100% cold….disappointing especially based on seeing rating prior to going….perhaps an off day…

Drive thru is AI and makes everything slower. This is food drive through. Should not come up when you search for fast food. Do not go if you’re looking for a quick option

Even with all the automation of placing the order via the drive thru they still managed to get it wrong. The drinks we ordered were all wrong, and the food was not hot. Not sure what is happening at this Wendy’s but we wont return.

The food that we ordered came out cold and the fries were stale. The soda were the only thing that was decent. Not sure if they overshot the amount of food they pre made vs the actual amount of customers they get, but they really should cut back. It was a disappointment.
