I really appreciate JHON on the pickup window, I ordered the nuggets but I was taking time for them to cook they offer me to wait with free drinks and he bring the food for me within 2 minutes. Amazing guy with smile and hospitality. I WILL COME FOR HIS HOSPITALITY. Wow great.

Fantastic Wendy’s! I’m sure you’ve been to several but we got into a conversation with the staff and they were super welcoming. Made sure we had anything we could need and waved back when we went to leave later. I’m a little sad they are so far from home. Y’all got a good one.

One star due to no person talks to you, no courtesy, no professionalism, cold food. Machine takes order (well, not sure); person at drive thru window only comment to you is ‘price you owe’, any question you have she just points (then you figure it out); when home chili is colder than the salad, no potato with your Combo order, no receipt to call Wendy’s. Please, workers do not want to be there and customers want a restaurant; close down, leave the building there and a restaurant can open there!

Eh. It’s a fast food place. Unfortunately, every place seems short-handed and letting some details slide. Such as placing orders on a screen and being prompted to get your cup at the self-serve drink area. And then going there and no cups are to be found. Or the tables are slightly sticky. The food was decent as usual. I will keep going there, but eating inside is not always the been the best experience.

Excellent Wendy’s! My partner and I enjoyed one of the nicest, if not the best, Wendy’s dining experiences ever at this Palm Harbor location. The interior and exterior of the restaurant is immaculate! Exceptionally clean for any restaurant facility. Although not a brand new store, the dining room and kitchen have been completely remodeled and upgraded to a fabulous new design and decor! I’ve never visited a Wendy’s with this new look. It’s really beautiful; very sleek and modern. The dining room features several different unique seating options, including a very cozy, lounge type seating in addition to booth and tables. This location also includes the new beverage “free style ” machines. The service was polite and efficient. My partner and I both greatly enjoyed our lunch. I ordered the Dave’s single combo meal with cheese and fries. My partner enjoyed the taco salad. Our lunch was served fresh and hot. Excellent experience, delicious food, beautiful upscale and modern Wendy’s! Very convenient location in the East Lake community at The Shoppes at Boot Ranch Shopping center.

If I could I would give it negative stars , we went on Monday and the line for drive-through always takes forever so that wasn’t the problem finally got up to the window and the guy taking our money and handing us the food is literally eating while handing us our food, it’s gross enough that none of them wear hairnets or gloves, but the fact that you were eating while talking to me so I can see the food in your mouth is absolutely gross second of all obviously inflation but you pay $7.99 for a pretzel burger is absolutely insane. It was $22. We got two burgers and a strawberry shake and four cheese sauces and the sauces obviously arent free they are $.50 per item doesn’t matter what the price value of some thing is it’s the fact that we all work hard for our money and you guys are there to do a job and the price is not cheap we get home and our cheese sauces , the lids don’t even look like they have been placed on . They are all over the wrappers of the burgers all over the bag. It was a complete mess. Finally get the cheese off the wrapping and I’m able to open my burger and what do I see someone’s hair on my burger , this is absolutely disgusting and I’ve already contacted corporate about this gross behavior of eating while serving others and not treating the food properly. The hair is a huge food violation.

I just ordered an apple pecan salad
And when I opened it at home it had no chicken, no apples and no feta cheese. It was just lettuce but they did give me a little bag of pecans.
I feel like a fool because I gave them a $3 dollar tip. If I go back I will be sure to check the contents of the order.
