The two ladies at the front counter were dishing out meals fast and in a hurry… Although I believe one may have been new to the job, she was still delightful. Every time I visit, my food is consistently fresh, and nothing is ever overlooked.

Just tried this location again for the first time in 3 years because they’ve always ruined orders in the past, not only can they not follow basic directions to prepare food, when it’s brought up that the food is ruined they get a nasty attitude and do the absolute minimum to make it right such as adding toppings to food that’s already ruined by other ingredients and still getting a basic order incorrect. Huge waste of time and money trying to eat here, took 30 minutes to get my meal and it’s still not correct. Shout out to Josiah and the crew at Wendy’s. Josiah was extremely busy when we arrived. He greeted us right away, asked for just a minute to finish the previous large order. Then with the greatest smile and kindest manners took our order. Everything was great. He even stopped by the table to check. My kids told him the best burgers ever. Kudos to you Josiah, the very best fast food service ever!!! Definately recommend this Wendy’s.

This is the only location on 19 where the employees have not become lazy due to the AI drive thru. They accommodate and are so friendly each time. They utilize the window to make conversation and not just ask for payment and hand food out like the other locations. I will only be stopping at this location from now on and recommend anyone reading this do the same

The food was absolutely horrible, the food was dry overcooked and not hot lukewarm at best. The service was absolutely horrible in the drive-through. Nobody said hello just gave us our food. Took our payment and looked the other way. I’ve seen this establishment go from. Amazing to absolute horrible so sad. I will not be returning because the inconsistency is probable. This needs to be addressed.

The chicken nuggets were raw and nasty. They have a ai on the speaker. I don’t really go here only 2 times. They forgot my straw and they let the person behind me get my food first. They let someone that doesn’t really speak English work there and it took so long for the person to under stand. They had a 4 for 4 that I got once and now it’s for 6 dollars. The food is raw and nasty just not good food I mean I get that it is fast food but they didn’t even try to make it good and no there wasn’t a lot of people in line only me and another person. It got a big down grade from the last time I came here. I’m never coming back you can see me at Taco Bell eating actual cooked food

Every single time I come to this store I’m sitting outside for about 17 minutes now this is the fourth car that has gotten their food before me and I only have 6 sandwiches.. literally I’m watching people get full on meals behind me and pull off and the manager just came out and said you had the tenders right and I was like no every single time that I come here it is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen The employees definitely need to be replaced they immediately tell you to pull up as soon as you get to the window and you pay like they are never prepared and they’re never ready it is the absolute worst somebody really needs to do something about it and it’s night shift it’s always night shift

I come to this Wendy’s a few times a week to pick up food for my Mom. She’s in a nearby nursing home, under Hospice care. The woman who usually takes my orders is quite possibly the most unpleasant, unfriendly, detached person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She never says thank you.
I order the same things almost every time. I always ask for light ketchup and mayo, yet the burger comes soaked in condiments. Today’s baked potato came with a few tiny pieces of bacon (see photo).
The employees at this store need retraining at the very least. I have no idea what I spent because they never tell me and I never receive a receipt.

Me and my fiancée ordered a Mobile order. We went through the drive thru to pick it up( it was a pretty long line). We stated we were picking up a mobile order and the new machine and the lady told us to hold on a sec. We wait about 10-15 minutes before they asked for the name for the mobile order. We finally get up to the window and the hand us the raven’s blood frosty and our 2 drinks( no straws and no spoons) then the cashier said that they need about another minute and a half and our food be ready and to pull back around into the long line again. My frosty melted while waiting as I had no spoon to eat. We had to talk through the machine again after another 10-15 minute wait. We asked for a new frosty because mine melted because of having no straw and the cashier gave us an attitude. We ordered our food at 10:31pm and got our food finally at 11:01pm. Then we had to go back through the drive thru to get the sauce that came with the Wednesday meal I ordered because they forgot it. And we also got our food cold. The food had been sitting up near the register getting cold the whole time they had us going back through the drive thru. We asked for mayo add to sandwich and never got it then we got a chicken sandwich that we asked for extra mayo on and never got it. This has been happening to us every time we have went. I think they need to work on getting their staff on track or re-training them or hiring new staff. There were way too many people working in there for it to take 40 minutes to get our food at a “FAST FOOD” restaurant. We will not be back.

Fries were all well overcooked/old/hard not hot. Burgers and chicken sandwich not hot like other stores. Nuggets were hot and seemed the only thing fresh. Two different sodas in soda machine taste off. No non sweet tea offer. The front register attendant at front was decent although didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Lot of laughing going on in the kitchen though hope that distraction isn’t causing the food not to be fresh. Only a table taken were people were actually eating and others just lounging and staring. Haven’t been at this particular wendy’s in probably a year. It was not that great of experience then either. Will definitely think twice when shopping in that area next which restaurant to go to. Sad choice to waste $20 here had high expectations because we have gone to other wendy’s feeling satisfied.
