This Wendy’s location consistently seems to run out of chicken tenders. Almost every time I order, I end up waiting more than 10 minutes. I understand that they’re made fresh, which I appreciate, but it’s frustrating when I’m in a rush and can’t afford that kind of delay. Since this item is clearly in high demand—especially during lunch and dinner hours—it would help to prepare more in advance to reduce the wait time.

This Wendy’s is always a let down. First off, they always have homeless people sitting in the parking lot especially at night, which would make any patron feel uneasy. Not to rip on homeless people but Wendy’s management should have some sign to not let people just hangout in the parking lot near the drive thru/ doors.

Everytime I order through mobile app I get a baked potato and they never have it. Same with the spicy nuggets. I go a few hours before close, and if you don’t have a menu option, DONT have it available to purchase. The quality of the fries/ nuggets are always cold and soggy and clearly the management needs to be updated because this location is just going to keep going down the drain as they don’t care about their customers.

The camera pans across the cleanest Wendy’s known to humankind — floors shining like the pearly gates, fries perfectly golden, napkins stacked with military precision.

Enter Jen, our leading lady. Hair tied, eyes focused, headset glimmering like she’s about to drop the next big pop single.

She’s taking orders, wiping counters, greeting customers — all in one seamless performance that screams “I didn’t come to play, I came to SLAY.”

Between customers, she’s doing choreography with a mop like it’s part of her opening number. The other employees? Supporting cast. The manager? Just grateful to share a scene.

Every burger wrapped with Oscar-level precision, every Frosty handed off like an award statue.

You know that fake food in commercials that looks too perfect to be real? Jen’s actually serving that. I saw her hand a guy a sandwich so flawless I swear it had its own lighting team.

By the time I left, I half expected applause and a “Live from Wendy’s, it’s Saturday night!” to echo through the drive-thru.

Five stars.

Lights are on but no one’s home. Go there, lights on, but there was no one to take my order. Even the AI seemed disinterested. The food is wildly inconsistent too. Sometimes it’s good. Other times, it’s stale.

When I pulled up to the drive-thru, it took approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite the fact that I was the only car in line. While I understand delays can happen during busy times, this was not the case.

When my order was finally repeated back to me, the employee chose to mimic my order in a mocking, exaggerated tone. At first, I thought they were speaking to a colleague, but when I asked for clarification, the employee became disrespectful. This interaction was both unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a location that has just opened and should be focused on making a strong first impression.

Customer service is crucial, particularly during a grand opening period when guests are forming their first opinions of the restaurant. I strongly recommend that management at this location receive closer oversight or additional training to ensure that customer interactions reflect Wendy’s values of respect and hospitality.

My order wasn’t great originally, the line wasn’t packed I had no lettuce or tomato more was my food fresh I’d asked for cooked to order. When I came back miss Jessica took care of everything she had the staff lock in. I appreciate the workers I understand their task as well that every Oder isn’t the same. I cannot believe I just ordered via AI in the drive thru. So they go cheap by not having a real person take your order yet the food isn’t any cheaper and I had to wait for my food out of the drive thru lane. Last time I visit Wendy’s. If you are going to save money by not having an employee take orders then make your food cheaper!!!!!

This Wendy’s has gotten absolutely terrible. They take way too long and it makes no sense because the food still comes out cold and soggy. I’m actually writing this in the drive through, we ordered over 20 minutes ago. They need a full staff replacement.

The restaurant was filthy! We had to clean our table off because there weren’t any clean ones! I can’t even discuss the ladies room The food overall was okay but it was thrown in a bag. I got a salad. The dressing pouches for it had “something” all over them that was not the dressing! The guy working the register was wearing a Wendy’s hat and jacket. He had the hat pulled down and the hood over the hat. He had to tip his head way back to see us! When did that become acceptable? Did I mention the hat and hood were filthy? Enough said! See pictures!
