Absolutely worestttt experience here. First inwaitted in drive thru for an hour, finally got to the window and had too repeat my entire order just for them to ask me to pull up because the chicken would take another 5 mins. Okay no problem whats another 5 mins added too the hour ive already waitted. Well then i sit there for another 30 mins! I finally had enough went inside to ask for a refund that took another 20 mins. They hand me my food it was cold and chicken not fully cooked. The lady with the red hair was rude and threw 2 ketchup packets at the cuatomer in front of me and said thats all she had. Muliple customers witnessed it! Definitely will nott be back to this place! Its garbage. I then had to go to mcdonalds to get my kid food because he wouldnt eat the cold slop they served us while trying to get back to the hospital to be with my grandmother! Management needs to be reconsidered. Ive worked fast food and NEVER have seen this much of a circus!

First let me say the food was fine. My burger was prepared properly finally after having to speak to the people at the service window but I cannot take the AI. It is so impersonal and I tried to find out what was on a double stack. It couldn’t tell me it ended up ordering me the double stack and I tried to tell it that I wanted a chocolate Frosty and had a coupon. It didn’t understand that either. I had to clear everything up at the window when I finally got a person. If you’re going to use AI then you need to make sure your system is advanced enough to handle customers’ questions like a person would. Until then you should keep the personal touch and have a human being speaking to people. If Wendy’s is going to go completely AI then I will go to McDonald’s or Burger King as long as I can get a human being to speak to there

Wendy’s is pretty good for a quick meal. The food is usually fresh, and the burgers have good flavor. Service can be hit or miss depending on the day, but the fries and Frostys are always a nice treat. Overall, it’s a decent fast-food option when you’re craving something quick and easy.

Worst hamburgers ever, went here and all of my food looked this way. I did not need ketchup packs for fries as thee was plenty on the hamburger. Absolutely disgusting. Who put this much condiments on their food. And look at the bacon this is what’s supposed to be a Big Bacon classic. Burnt scraps is what was on this hamburger. All 5 of my meals were this way. And every Frie had so much salt on them we could not eat. So gross. Don’t waste your money going here.

Best fast food experience I’ve had in probably years. The 2 ladies working 12:30am at the drive thru were so nice and pleasant. Fries were cooked perfectly and I was even warned they were hot.

The girl named Iris who is working today is super unprofessional. Very rude and terrible customer service. We asked about sweet and sour sauce as we didn’t know they don’t carry it anymore and told me to go to McDonalds and that they have it. Girls attitude is absolutely insane. Do better Wendy’s!

EPIC fail. I could only take one bite of the chicken sandwich and it tasted like it was canned chicken pressed into a patty and left to die under the heat lamp. Absolutely disgusting I won’t be back to THIS location. Never had a issue at the other local places. Stop prepping for before hand and leaving it to rot under the heat lamp that’s what makes the breading soggy and the pickles look like that. Whoever “manages” this location needs to re evaluate their staff. They should be checking the food before giving it to the customer!
