The other day I had very bad service from a lady slamming the window door in my face when I told the cashier to “have a nice night” after getting my food and being very short during our interactions. However I went there again tonight and the lady at the window today was the sweetest person ever, explaining why the card reader wasn’t working in a funny manner. She parked me and the dude that walked out my food was just as nice as well. Idk if the other lady wasn’t having a good day or just simply didn’t hear me, but tonight really made me smile on the drive home.

Really frustrating visit. The drive-thru line took way longer than it should have, and when I finally got my food it was barely warm. Fries were limp and under-salted, and the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. My order was also missing a sauce and the napkins/utensils were forgotten, so I had to go back inside. The dining area felt messy and not very well maintained. I’ll avoid this location next time.

Terrible experience, couldnt even melt the cheese on an order of cheese fries then gave us a hard time for asking for more melted cheese. Never going back. The manager was argumentative and unwilling to help correct the order to satify the customer. He just wanted to charge extra for cheese and was not listening, then was going to give us a ketchup cup of cheese shreds stating,” thats what we asked for “

Worst Wendy’s in America by very very far. I have never been to a Wendy’s this nasty. This Wendy’s is so nasty that no other restaurant in America even comes close to how nasty this Wendy’s is. After they refuse to put ketchup on the meat patty of the hamburger they let you know they care NOTHING about having YOU as a customer. Wawa nicely and politely makes better burgers and Wawa makes burgers exactly how you request Wawa to make the burger. If you politely ask wendys why they cannot put ketchup on the meat patty the manager THREATENS YOU and refuses to answer. Who are you threatening Mr Manager? Clearly you do not know the answer to this question. How unwise of you.

This is sad…..Not only does Noone take my payment after looking at me multiple times for 5 minutes, the manger……. throws my food down in a soaked bag and completely ignores me asking for mustard. I proceed to use bathroom and it’s absolutely disgusting and smells horrid. Only one employee helped us in end with bag and sauce, thank you!

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for a whole year, and they are always a pleasure. Today I made a mistake with my app and the Cashier’s Named Kassi in Drive-Thru fixed it up for me in no time, without making me feel ashamed or troubled… For someone that struggles with most social interaction this was worth so much. It’s 6:30 on Saturday, we got a baconator and a single that, the meat should have been put in the chili bin an hour ago and the cheese is not melted and they are COLD. The French fries are COLD and soggy, and we are eating in their parking lot, it’s not like we let our food get cold. Good luck everyone who eats here.
