What’s happened to Wendy’s salads?!!? They’ve shrunk, maybe not quite half the size they were a year ago. The price is still the same though as when they were larger. I was shocked at the size they are now, but shouldn’t be, and btw they’re not called “side” salads on the drive-thru menu. No veggies but lettuce.

Be wary if you’re doing late night orders. Even though I ordered a full 2 hours from closing, this piece of chicken was deemed fine to serve through their drive thru window. Check your food!

Placed a paid mobile order and arrived expecting a quick pickup, but this location turned it into a 40-minute ordeal.
We had to repeat ourselves multiple times at the speaker just to be acknowledged, then were told to pull forward despite no one being ahead of us. Our order had already been on their screen for about 20 minutes before we even got there, yet we still waited nearly another 20 minutes for a very small order.
When the employee finally brought the food out, the interaction was rude and dismissive. We were asked what the order was, and the bag was shoved toward the car instead of handed over, nearly spilling the contents.
The employee also appeared visibly impaired and uninterested in doing the job, which made the entire experience even more concerning. After all that waiting, the food was stale and clearly not fresh.
This location seriously needs better management and accountability.

I go to this Wendy’s often
Today I ordered their 4 piece chicken strip meal
I had to wait by the curb for 7 minutes for them to come out of the fryer. While they were hot, the fries were cold and uneatable, like cardboard
This was an $11.69 meal. I tried to call three times only to gets recording that they couldn’t answer the phone. This was at 11;15 am and there was no line at drive thru. I will not be returning to this location again

So I am an RGM myself in fast food and I come thru the drive thru and order 2 $7 biggie bags bacon double stack an order of baconator fries a frosty. I get home to no bacon on neither burger one order of fries missing one order of nuggets missing I try to call and no answer at all smh this is ridiculous I’m not one to complain but damn I paid damn near 30$ and some change for my family to eat and I’m the one who gets screwed in the end. Mind you d.t. Lady was pure attitude! Y’all need to get it together cause it wasn’t even busy!

Service was horrible the girl at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful not patient at all she was blowing off and making scoff noises. My sister in law is hearing impaired and because of that the girl at the window was being rude to us and so we ended up not ordering from there.

Tired of drove thru parking and pulling people up when your the only one in line right after you hear them talking about how they don’t want to mess up their counter time. Also the sour cream provided with my potato expired 2 weeks ago.

Today will be my last trip to this Wendy’s. The food and service have not been up to par the last few times I went there and today was just the last straw. First of all the young girl taking my order was not friendly and quite rude. The baked potato seemed as if it were a day old. As for the burger, you can see from the photos. Everyone at this location is miserable at work and it shows. It was a waste of $30.

I’ve been to this wendys multiple times and its always a pleasure eating the fresh food here, i order and my food comes out in less than 5 minutes, the team works very hard and the gentleman taking orders at the counter does great, 10/10 !!
