This was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They were decorated for the holidays (Valentine’s Day), and really nice, not just some stuff stuck on the wall. Then, next to the soda machines they had a pre-school classroom set up that was nicer than the one I went to. The staff was super friendly, and the food was great – and yeah, I’ve been to Wendy’s before, this one was great. And it was late, they were definitely cleaning up, but still top notch service.

Stopped in for breakfast. The dining area was very clean, well kept, and looked good.
I had one of their croissant breakfast sandwiches. It’s a good sandwich, worth a try if you haven’t had one yet. The breakfast potatoes are a welcome change from typical hash browns fast food offerings.
The only downside was that I ordered with the app, and customized the sandwich. I wanted light cheese sauce. Going from regular to light cheese sauce would have cost me 50 cents more for less product. So I did without the cheese sauce for free.

I didn’t go inside this time (wish I had) but the lobby is always decorated so cute. I only wanted a diet Dr pepper. Went thru the drive thru and it took me nearly 15 minutes to get my drink. Girl in window should have moved the big order to the side and let the other 6 cars behind her thru(I was next in line behind big order). Cashier didn’t even address the wait, just handed me my drink and shut the window. To add to my frustration the diet Dr pepper is low on syrup or something because it’s gross. I just spent 15 minutes of my time and $3.17 on something I can’t drink. This Wendy’s used to have the most perfect diet and regular Dr pepper in citrus county. Idk what happened but this is the 3rd time it wasn’t good. However whenever you happen to get the manager she is simply the best!

We went in to go get breakfast in the drive-through and we got a number two with no Swiss and a number eight extra breakfast sauce and extra potatoes after we got our food we parked and checked the food and they gave us two burritos went inside was polite with them, explained to them that I’ve been in fast food and understand, but ask them to fix it. We made the food gave the food back, and I still did not have any breakfast sauce on my burrito would not recommend this one.

Fries old and cold mixed with fresh . NO DRIP DRAIN CLEAN OUT. THE TINY PIECES THAT FALL To The Bottom CANT GET OUT CAUSE BOTTOM OF TRAY IS FULL.
Also repeat request: install and keep up with diet dr. Pepper in dispenser room .
Put dispensers back in franchises that have removed them. Nothing more disappointing than to not have an expected drink not being present. This is a no return customer guaranteed. Thank God this was not my usual Wendy’s and let me know not to include this area in my new home search. Pretty sad but my ability to get my Wendy’s 2xweekly visit preferences is a game changer .

Wasted several minutes trying to order on the kiosk. “Customize Ingredients”: Tried ordering a triple cheeseburger, but you grniuses have no option for “No Bun” Then I’m supposed to stand in line for 10 minutes, and wait another 10 minutes for my food⁉️ NO. I’ll just go somewhere else to spend money.

I made a door dash order this morning in the lady forgot to grab my drinks so I nice lady named ester was very sweet and drove all the way from Wendy’s to bring me my drink my drink and gave my baby’s a sweet treat so nice love there service so much!
